The bathroom ventilator was super loud. The fridge right next to the bed needed some ignoring as well, maybe with ear plugs. Everything looks quite old and patched up. Could've used some product for the dishes. Bring your own bathroom products as well.

Very friendly welcome and we managed to understand each other eventually. Beds were comfortable. There was a fridge, a kettle and dishes. Gorgeous view out the window. There was some welcome alcohol in the room and we appreciated the gesture as well as the fact that the owner did not insist when we said we don't drink. Very close to the entrance 1 of Plitvice national park.

Milka is a very endearing lady, even though she doesn’t speak English, she really did everything for us to feel like home, and received us with a shot of homemade alcohol!

There was no hot water in the kitchen which made washing up difficult and the oven of the cooker didn't work either. The house took a long time to warm up as it is fed by a log burner and we were cold at night.

The owner was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The setting was perfect with beautiful views of the park and very close to the entrance one. There were lots of walking trails locally too. The bed was large and comfortable with extra blankets.

Milka was really sweet :) We ran into a car accident on the way to her guesthouse and had to arrive after our agreed time. Though there was a language barrier, Milka was really understanding, waited for us, and still welcomed us with unbelievable hospitality! We wish we had more time in her guesthouse, it was a quaint and cozy room

Spotlessly clean apartment, not a modern one, but perfectly comfortable. Beautiful surroundings, 10 min to Plitvice Lakes entry by car. Shops in the village down the road, cca 3km.

The supermarket at 200m promised on the announce doesn't exist 😬. The first one is 3km away.

The room is very clean and spacious with everything you need (towels, kettle, plates and cutlery and even schnaps!). Milka is very nice (she came to get us at Rakovica's bus station) although it is hard to communicate (no english and only a little german). Overall a great stay :)

Milka is lovely, warm, and welcoming-especially to children. My kids loved her sweet cats. Kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. It's also a good location looking down into the Plitvice Valley. Quiet at night with a nice restaurant 30 m down the road.

Madam Milka.. The best location, relaxed stay. We loved everything with the stay. The host was so sweet. She made us coffee, had vodak and fresh cherries fo us to relax. One of the best stays we ever stayed in. The way the host helped us to tuck in and have all the required facilities. Thank you and would love to visit the place again. Note: It is more relaxing if you have a vehicle.

There are things that can be better but not at this price.

A comfortable stay for exploring the waterfalls. It's not a luxury one but has everything you need. There is a kitchen at your disposal as well. The Plitvice lakes are 10 mins away by car. The property has an excellent value/money ratio.

The host was super friendly even though we didn't speak each others language, she did her best to explain the area to us Has some amazing views over the hills and is only a short drive from Plitvice

Very kind host;) Great location, you can reach entrance 1 to Plitvice NP in 10 minutes by car. The surroundings are great, really nice view on hills covered by colorful trees in autumn. Room was pretty large and clean. We would stay there again:)
