We were met from the airport by Antonio , the owners son with a big smile and the warmest welcome . He took us on a little tour of Cavtat , telling us about the area . The apartment was very well equipped and had the most fantastic sea view from our balcony. The bathroom was modern and the whole place was immaculate! We had a large supply of towels and we couldn’t have had a better welcome . Antonio kept in touch with us during our stay checking we were okay and if we needed anything, it was such a lovely touch .Cavtat is gorgeous, fantastic restaurants and the sea is crystal clear . For a small fee , Antonio allowed us to check out later on our last day and even drove us to the airport, it really was the best way to end our perfect holiday . The most beautiful place , apartment and family hosts ! We will be back and couldn’t recommend these apartments highly enough .

This is not a criticism of the property itself, just a heads up for people. There’s a pretty steep walk from the main promenade so if hills aren’t your thing, you’ll need a taxi. The views are worth the walk though. Beautiful aspect over the town.

The owners/hosts are the nicest people you could ever meet. They are incredibly welcoming, obliging and helpful and only a message or call away with helpful advice or assistance. The apartment is spotless and well located away from the hustle and bustle of Cavtat itself. The view over the sea is second to none and you will do well to find better in the area. Shop 5mins away and restaurant/bar 6 mins for refreshments.

Everything about the apartment was excellent; very comfortable, nice furnishings throughout, a balcony, a short walk to Cavtat town centre (which is gloriously beautiful btw) but most of all Liza, her husband, daughter & Antonio, her son, were exceptionally welcoming & hugely helpful & supportive throughout my stay. Antonio offered even to drive me to the airport for my return flight. It is a great choice for a hugely relaxing break in Cavtat; highly recommended. 👍😃

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious. It felt light and spacious lovely place. With a great sea view, and at night it was so peaceful, as there are no roads at the back.

even though me and my wife are quite fit it was a hard and hilly walk back up to the apartment and the main contact for the apartment Antonio told me on WhatsApp that the transfer to the airport was 15 Euro and than he told me it was 20 two days later when I told him that he apologised saying he was very busy and got confused and I also seen an official taxi price of only 15 and to make matters worse we in the airport in less than ten minutes it was only five or six km away

The apartment is in a perfect location, an easy walk to the centre of Cavtat with a supermarket close by. Antonio the owners son collected us from the airport and took the short 10 min drive to the apartment. He was very accommodating and we had a lovely glass of the owner Liza’s home made liquor to welcome us. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Including a fantastic view. We only stayed for 4 nights (wish it had been longer) we will be back.

Excelent service and support from the owners. Nice and clean apartment with all the neccesary eqipment. The view from the balcony in the apartment is fantastic. We enjoyed the stay and had a really nice time in Cavtat. We will come back😃

Nothing everything was amazing

Beautiful views, host was incredibly helpful I needed to change my arrival time at the last minute and he was incredibly helpful with accommodating my change of plans. Offered to help me with transport as well. I would highly recommend ( so long as you don’t mind stairs)

The hosts, Liza and Antonio, are fantastic! Such great people. We booked at the last minute in off season and they accommodated us. While Liza got the apartment ready, Antonio made us comfortable on their beautiful terrace as the sun was setting (awe-mazing sunset!) and served us homemade Loquat liquor that Liza made from her tree. Such a treat! The family treated us so warmly and we’re so helpful. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Parking is available onsite. We chose to walk down to town rather than drive into town as parking in town is scarce. Our only wish is we had more than one night at this wonderful property.

The apartment, place, and hots were terrific. It is very close to the city center, beach, and restaurants. Very peaceful area and the balcony view is stunning. Every evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.

Everything was lovely. Steep walk into centre but worth it. Fabulous swimming in Cavtat.

It was too good that I didn't want to leave))

I chose a room with a sea view and it was the right choice! I felt like I was in a beautiful movie! :) What could be better than a cup of aromatic coffee and such an incredible view in the early morning)) Or falling asleep to the pleasant sound of the sea)) I plan to come next year and also live in these apartments! :) Because I fell in love with Cavtat, its amazing nature, local people and the wonderful family that owns this house. I felt a lot of care and warmth from Antonio, mama Lisa and papa Vinko. I wish them success in everything they do, good health and all the best! :*

Nice topfloor apartment in quiet neighbourhood with beautiful sea views and short walking distance from cavtat city centre.There is also a small market and a restaurant close by. Very friendly family that run the place made everything work great for us. Staying at Liza cavtat totally met our expectations.

Wow wow wow! What a gem of a find! We absolutely loved our stay here…. Such a welcoming family feel …. Antonio and Mamma Liza, made us feel so welcome! Beautiful people! The view was amazing! Perfect! The apartment itself was beautifully designed and had great air con! Comfortable bed and light spacious living areas! Would recommend 100%!! We loved the location… very quiet and relaxing…. With a little supermarket nearby too! We would have no hesitation in booking another stay here!!

Great value and good location, only 5km from the airport and only short walk to the central walking street. Nearby restaurant offers exeptional breakfast and overall good value compared to busy walking street.(Restaurant by the Way). Super friendly and helpful host. This stay exeeded my expectations in every way. I'm glad we decided to spend a night at Cavtat before heading to Dubrovnik.

There was nothing at all about the whole holiday we did not like. It was perfect. the people made it very special.

This is a family run residence and everything about it was like home from home. The family were very warm and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay and holiday. They welcomed us into their home as if we were part of their family. Antonio, the son of Liza was so attentive and even offered to take us to the airport. I would definitely recommend this property and I would definitely return to Apartments Liza. The cleanliness, the seaview, the comfortable beds it had everything you would need for a perfect holiday. Please try it you will not be disappointed. Cavtat itself is a beautiful place with very friendly warm people.
