Shower had leaks, not enough toilet roll, would have been nice to have a second set of towels as after 5 nights the ones we had were abit grubby Aircon was not as cold as expected and leaked down the wall Room also has a slight musty smell if the windows were not kept open Ironing board, but no iron Would have been good to have a broom to sweep up as the room did get a little dirty Internet was spotty and wouldn't always connect No towels to dry plates and glasses

We expected that 4 people could sleep in bedrooms, however one person had to sleep on the sofa in the common room. We were also expecting a laundry machine but there was not one.

Everything could have been better - except the location - that was good

The worst accomodation we stayed anywhere during our two tour of Europe. Difficult to locate. Facilities poor - no kettle, frying pan or toaster to prepare breakfast - Not even a tea towel to dry any dishes. Place smelt musty and there was black mould under the ridge of the shower recess.

The apartment was awful, I even got sick because it was cold. Not enough blankets to keep warm, because the AC doesn't work. Well it works to cools down but not to get warm The kitchen was not equipped as it is said, there was no kettle, nor microwave, 2 old pot not useful to make simple eggs because they get burnt. The closed has spiders in it. The evacuation of the toilets were not well closed so all the bad smells kept coming in the flat. The shower leaked outside. Not a curtain to block the light from the outside at night for sleeping. In the booking place it is written "View to the city" but the door windows show the front house.

It was near Old Dubrovnik. Klara, the girl who was there to welcome us was nice and kind. That's all that was positive.

very dirty. after taking shoes off at door I walked in apartment and my feet were dirty after. could feel dirt on floor. had to clean before stay. no where to put luggage. could not unpack as the armoire smelled musty. extra pillow and blankets in the armoire were musty smelling and we couldn’t use. the room was musty and moldy smelling. kitchenette was not equipped with much at all. no pan only pots, no dish towel, refrigerator was warm with water and no control to change temperature, no paper towel……. would not recommend

The place smell like a basement full of humidity. It's really dark, there is water falling from the roof and there is mold on the roof and the walls. When you take a shower, the shower leaks and floods the room. Also, the room was dirty (lot of weird stuff on the bathroom floor). I have asthma, and the humidity and mold on the room prevent me from breathing. We booked 4 nights and were only able to stay 2 nights. When we asked the landlord if he could refund us the 2 nights we will not stay, they refused. (btw when you arrived they don't give you any info and just tell you to look on internet...). To resume my stay, it was terrible from the start.

The only good point about this place is the location, the rest is really terrible.

We needed to take many stairs to get there and the apartment has stairs too The apartment didn't have coffee machine or something similar to prepare decent coffee (not instant coffee)

The kitchen equipment could have been better. There was only one pot, no pan or whatsoever. For a short stay it was okay though. The apartment is quiet dark during the day, as there is barely any sunlight coming inside (because it is situated directly in the old town with many walls surrounding the property). There was no facility to hang towels or wet clothes in the bathroom.

The host let us in even though we came a bit early. The location is fantastic, just a few meters from the city center of old town and many main attractions. The apartment was clean and had most of what is needed for a comfort stay.

When you have a big luggage, staying in old town is not ideal as there are so many steps on the way down and up.

It’s in the old town and near the beach. It’s good value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.
