Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

3 flights up with suitcases & no elevator. Not a problem for us but could be for some.
Exceptional location and spacious well appointed apartment. It was quiet given it is in the middle of busy outdoor restaurants.

3rd floor no elevator so have to carry suitcases up, lack of bottled water (we arrived late at night with nothing open).

Just a suggestion to place napkins or paper towels in the apartment.

The 62 steps up from the street weren't too bad - they conteracted the calories from the food and drink in Split!
Loved being right in the Old Town. Liked that there were stools by the windows to allow you to gaze out easily! When our host noticed there was not much coffee for the coffee maker, she bought and delivered more pods.

It was up 3 flights of stairs and no lift. Guess we should have worked that out but glad we’re fairly fit.
The apartment was in a great location and had everything we could need. The host met us and explained everything to us. She was lovely. 😊

Unfortunately the apartment is on the third floor. This is fantastic for the views it affords but there is no lift and it’s a long way up with your suitcases. This is not a criticism, it’s just a reality and important to be aware of especially for older people.
This apartment is centrally located in the old part of Split with superb views from the windows. It was clean and well appointed and had a nice feel about it. We were met by Angela on arrival, who also arranged for us to be picked up from the airport. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Split.

Excellent location, especially if you’re into nightlife. Club is right below. Close to everything. Great communication with host. Very thoughtful amenities. will definitely recommend! very comfy pillows.

Met our expectations. Note for those less mobile: there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment.
We were very thankful to the host for letting us stay an extra hour which fitted in perfectly with our onward travel. Communication with the host via the app was excellent. Views from the apartment were superb. Plenty of room and a comfortable lounge. Location was excellent - close to all amenities and sites. Would recommend this apartment and host.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, luckily the stairs are wide and easy to navigate.
Perfect location with a beautiful view of the Port of Split and the Mediterraneanean. Exit your apartment building and you are in the heart of numerous sidewalk restaurants and only steps away from the Diocletian's Palace, shopping, and an open-air market. This location has an excellent night vibe with tourists and locals walking along the strip after the sunset and enjoying the cooler evenings.

It's a nicely decorated place with gorgeous views from the windows that open wide in each room. Great location. Loved the nespresso machine with plenty of coffee capsules.. Recommended

Because it's in prime location it can be noisy. Not ideal for light sleepers. Building undergoing construction, so it's a bit noisy and there is construction dirt everywhere. Apartment is located on 3rd floor without elevator.
The host was excellent. He waited for me even though I arrived super late, and he gave me recommendation on where to park. The location of the flat is EXCELLENT. You are really in the center. Close to the ferry, or close to restaurants, shops, city center. It's really the prime location to be and the flat couldn't be better in terms of location. Air conditioner is great, and apartment is comfortable. Great views!

The appartment was perfect without any failure.
It was excellent location at Riva overlooking the seaside, main port and just few steps from world heritage city centre. Friendly and easy contact with owner during the stay.

Of you are looking for place staying exactly in center of Split- this is ideal apartment. Even inside was quite noisy in apartment you have good isolation. Very comfortable and cozy place Highly recommended

The quality of some of the fixtures and fittings was poor. There was a small shelf which was poorly fixed and was virtually hanging off the wall. It was for the router and TV box. The suction shelf in the shower kept falling off and one of the electrical sockets was dodgy. The bed was really poorly placed in the room and difficult to get around. No sockets where they would be useful. No dressing table or mirrors in the bedroom. Only one side table Couldn't get tv in the bedroom to work. Lighting on the main stairs was poor and keys were difficult to manage. Staff didn't ask if everything was OK until it was almost time to come home
Location was really good in the centre of old town , right on the harbour with access to ferries Lovely view from windows Air conditioning worked well
