Cold swimming pool outside. Would be massive improvement if the water could be heated. Salty water in the swimming pool in the hotel was not the greatest thing there as well.

Very nice and clean place, I would like to come when is a bit warmer there, in the summer. Nice and helpful staff

We requested a baby chair but never received it. There is no problem as we stayed only one day, Just a bit dissapointed.

Great camp for families, lot of playgrounds. Novigrad is in a walking distance, one can enjoy beautiful views all the way. Camp seems to be really taken care of. We will return for sure and next time with our dog as we noticed camp is really dog friendly.

Most disappointing thing was NOT corresponding price with the mobile home equipment/size of the rooms/extra fees for beach servis etc… simply, 1700€ for 3 persons and 5 whole days is more than too much. Corresponding price for this staying is like 800€ I believe. Things that were maybe the same or even more disturbing, but not the fault of the hotel… During swimming in shared swimming pools in the resort, some other German language speaking people have claimed some of the pools of their own and they repeatedly forced us to leave that pool!! At first, we had an argue with them, but those stupid individuals were so stubborn and they repeatedly were rude and always saying the same thing… so we left and changed the pool, but that wasn’t enough… in another pool, again some idiotic German language speaking people, probably older father and his son aged 23-30 were also claiming the pool for themselves but they did that kinda offensive way… they stayed in a pool with a ball and they were throwing it into the water, so they were always splashing at us, while we were lying on the deck chairs…. It was really annoying. Another bad experience was that in our home were like 100 of ants… they were getting inside from under some kitchen furniture or from under the door (see the picture of ants below).

Distance to the sea was kinda good. The closest spot wasn’t as perfect for swimming though. Honestly, I am not able to find any positive thing on staying in “Premium Sirena Mobile Home”…

The house is extremely cramped. It's not small - there's a living/dining/kitchen area, and 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. However, this is why it's cramped. There is barely room to walk by the bed - you need to squeeze through. I'm a fairly thin person, others might find it even more uncomfortable. If the house was made for just 2 or 3 people, sacrificing the other bedroom and bathroom, it would be far more comfortable The pillows are horrible. The beds themselves aren't very bad - nothing special but okay. However, the pillows are awful. If you have a favorite pillow, I suggest you take it with you. There is a sticker in the house which enables you to order food - simply scan the QR code and you can use their browser app. We ordered, got a check mark, and waited for over an hour. Finally I had to walk to the restaurant only to find out they "didn't receive the order". But after they pressed a few buttons on their end it showed up. The house terrace is lovely and perhaps the best feature of the house - but you have to block the exit to protect your small child (see above), if you are tall you should watch your head (see image, there's a nail through the roof), and the sun screens (a useful feature) are extremely noisy in the wind and can blow all over the place - a more elegant solution would of been better. The shower is seriously lacking a small shelf on the inside and the shower head holder is fixed high when it could have so easily been a vertical sliding bar. Dog price and cleaning - extremely upset that they charge a lot per day for a dog when they don't clean the house every day. The note indicates you should tell them when to clean, but they say they don't clean more than once in 4 days. There's a lot more of small things but it doesn't fit... You may want to visit the resort - it's great, just don't pick the village houses.

The low mark is mostly because, as the title says, this isn't something everyone will enjoy. Read on to discover whether it's a fit for you! - The house (the little mobile home) was very clean. Extremely so! - The staff is very friendly and helpful. - The whole resort is well kept, the pools are cleaned daily, the grass is kept in perfect order, the beaches and various courts are great...honestly, as a resort, the area is really great. - There's a nice little playground for kids in the "village" (plus more in the general resort area) The house has two bathrooms and the "village" area is secluded enough that you feel extremely comfortable taking a stroll, sunbathing or simply relaxing. The terrace has a wooden fence, and one opening (I did see one house with two openings). If you have a dog or a small child you need to block this somehow so they don't run out/fall down the three steps. It looks and feels like a great place to visit as a family or with your pet. This is what we wanted. However, it wasn't as great as we thought it would be for us.

More space was missing, bigger bed (needed to sleep with my one year old in one room and my husband in another) and also an insect protection is missing on the main door.

Quiet (when not disturbed by other guests) and private space in a neat green surrounding. Perfect for children because of many playgrounds and possibility to eat in hotels that are nearby.

the place was not clean, the floors were mopped but not vacuumed. They should’ve been vacuumed because lots of debris was present. No soap was present in the bathrooms, no detergent for the dishes, lots of kitchen utensils missing, small amount of towels (we only stayed for one night but still). The location is not good - it is quite far away from the sea on some sort of a hill - a fact not mentioned anywhere on Booking or elsewhere). we were glad we only stayed for a night and very glad we tried this place off season bc it would be quite a pain if we stayed here for a week during peak season). If you here for the sea avoid this place. If you’re fine with pools then you’re likely to enjoy this place.

the only somewhat premium thing about these mobile homes are the pools which scattered in between the houses and they were operating (though the water was somewhat cold given the time of the year; the pools are not heated)
