It had a shared entrance with other apartments, it was like an en-suite room with kitchen within a larger apartment. So it made it a little bit noisy when other tenats were coming in and out. But maybe i just didn't read the description carefully enough

The keys to open the corridor door and the apartment were the same, which made us think that all the apartments could have the same keys? We don't know. But nothing happened to our things and Zadar is really safe!

The location was great! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need. The bed was simply perfect! I loved the big windows too. Vladimir is a great host! They even kept our luggage for us during the day, so we could enjoy the city for longer, after the check out and before our flight.

Localisation was excellent, really close to basically everything. Place was really clean, comfortable, two rooms, we could put our daughter asleep and still talk over the wine in the second room. Bathroom and kitchen well equipped. Owner was super helpful, he answered every question and let us store our luggage after the checkout. I highly recommend this place!

They only negative thing is that the accomodation does not have a parking space. There is an area around 15 minutes away where you can park. There was one side were you had to pay and another half where there were no signals. Being dark and being not sure it looks risky to park there. We took the risk and everything was ok.

I received a video with the instructions about how to get the keys. The apartment has many rooms and you get a key for the apartment door and your room. They key for the street door is on the combination lock attached to the wall, but we found the street door always open. Location is great, offering you all restaurants, coffee and bars at close distance. We asked the host about some recommendations for having dinner and he gave us few recommendations. The day we were leaving we asked to leave the luggage in the apartment, but they do not have a place to do so. It would be nice that they have some cabinets with keys to let you leave your luggage and make the most of your visit. Luckily as there were cleaning they let us leave the luggage and come back 2 hours later.

This is a great apartment right in the centre of the Zadar old town. There is no reception desk but this is not a some kind of grey-market operation - it is a fully sign posted business. The manager contacted me immediately after I had made the booking with video instrucitons on self-entry. He was also very helpful regarding where to park nearby. Very unusually for short term rental it is a proper 1 bedroom apartment, so if you wake early you can get up and close the door to the bedroom and let your other half can sleep in. The apartment is just footsteps away from an excellent restauarant and also a large square. You are right in the middle of the old town so it is lively in the evening, but later in the night the bars close and it is dead quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. Overall it was excellent value for money.

Only thing I could say negative i can say has nothing to do with the property but the fact that it looks over a nice courtyard with two restaurants which play music late, which you can faintly hear in the flat.

Amazing location, right in the mix of the old town, walking distance to everything. The property was super clean and well kept, the bed very comfy and the shower nice and powerful. We also managed to forget an adapter and arrived late Sunday so could not go and get one from the shops, but the host was kind enough to lend us one throughout our stay which was a life saver! Our flight was also late back to the UK and with checkout being at 10am the host was happy to hold our bags securely throughout the day and met us back at the property to pick them up in the evening! The building where the flats are located also has a very loving and sweet cat who greeted us every night when coming back, which made our day😊 Overall great flat, great location, and a great host!

We spent 2 weeks travelling Croatia and Sites of Zadar was by far the nicest apartment we stayed in. The location can't be beaten- in the centre of the old town and everything on your doorstep. The apartment was modern, recently renovated and spotless. The bathroom in particular was lovely and the shower pressure was great. The host, Vladimir, was very friendly, easy to communicate with and offered a flexible check in time. We would 100% return next time we visit Zadar.

The apartment is gorgeous, it had everything we needed and was located perfectly within short walking distance of everything! Vladimir was extremely helpful with excellent communication, suggestions of what to do and was just a message away if we needed anything. I'd highly recommend a stay here!

Highly recommend. The apartments are very conveniently located within the Old Town, close to it's attractions and great vibe. The room was really nice, comfortable, equipped with all that was needed, and extremely clean; was also prepared right for my arrival time, even though it was still rather early. Fantastic contact with the host! Vladimir was professional, very helpful and friendly; greeted me in the afternoon on my arrival day :), checked in throughout my stay, and shared really great recommendations for things to experience (too bad not all fulfilled!). Had a very pleasant stay, and wouldn't hesitate to come back (this time already equipped with a checklist :D) Thanks for all!

Host was AMAZING! Super nice guy and told us about the town, helped us park our car at the busiest hour of the day and sent us to a place to watch the sunset. Really really appreciate him and the place was very clean and nice! Great location right in old town. Also great value for the price. If we come back we will definitely be staying here again! The room was extremely clean and the facilities were new and modern. Beds were very comfortable and location is great. It even had a small garden inside. The place is lovely.
