Local church bells 7am daily, noisy generator(?) close by overnight. Room is 2nd floor up narrow stairs, probably typical in this area.

Great location in old town, new modern room, excellent fixtures. Host Simona very helpful and responsive with messaging.Great value!

Check out was at 10am but we had a cleaner knocking on the door at 9:40, then again at 9:50. Felt very rushed with her waiting outside. Would have appreciated a more leisurely check out. Church bells are very nearby and wake you up in the morning. Pillows a bit too big and hard for my comfort, but some may love them.

Location here is fantastic - in the old town and close to lots of restaurants. gorgeous place right outside for a healthy breakfast. Appreciated the coffee machine in the room. The room was a good size, very clean. The bathroom is small but everything worked well.

I liked everything- the only thing that was a shame was being told off as I was leaving by the man downstairs for leaving a little later as he said it put a strain on the cleaner. The cleaner was lovely and didn’t seemed troubled. I explained I had requested a 12.30 check out because I had to be online for a conference.

The location is central to old town and the promenade. Lots of restaurants nearby and the local supermarket and laundry mat are on your doorstep. Comfortable room with everything you need. Also the staff are very helpful and approachable. Would stay again!

AC was a bit tired with the heat wave and the pillows were not very comfortable

Location is superb, near the old town and vibrant neighborhood. The unit was spotless and coffee/tea were provided. Nice welcome upon arrival and we could use a parking nearby.

Few stairs to climb with a large suitcase but a small price to pay for the location and room. No cleaning of room during stay which I would expect.

Location was excellent and room was lovely. Everything you needed in the room which was beautifully decorated.

Fantastic location. Close to restaurants, shops, Split esplanade etc. Easy communication with the owner prior and during arrival. Room was tidy and clean with modern facilities and offered a great bathroom. Would stay again. A private taxi was arranged by the owner and picked us up from the Split Airport and dropped us off outside the door to the accomodation. Great service

For an apartment in this price range, I felt some of the smaller touches could have been improved, eg more than one bath towel per person and toiletries (for a four night stay), more cups and glasses, things like that. Also the water in the shower wasn’t that hot. And while the stairs up to the apartment are atmospheric, worth being aware that it’s a climb to the second floor.

I loved the location, very close to the old town and promenade, but in a cute local neighbourhood type of area. The studio apartment is very modern and stylish inside. Air conditioning very welcome.

It wasn't a problem for us but the apartment is on the 2nd floor with 4 flights of steps. As it is an old building in the old town, there is no lift so for those with mobility of fitness issues, getting heavy suitcases up the stairs can be a bit of a struggle.

The location was very good, around the small streets of the old town and just a short 3 minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and 10 minutes to the ferry terminals. The property was compact but very clean and well decorated. The host was very efficient and met us at the door of the apartment to let us in and show us around. During our stat we needed extra coffee and toilet paper and they arrived within 20 minutes of us asking for them.

There is nothing i disliked. More as an information, if you have heavy luggage, the stairs can be narrow and there are no elevators. But it wasn't a problem for me.

The location (close to Port, Marina, old Town city center, Marjan Hills, beach, restaurants, activities meeting point, etc). And even if extremely well located, it is in a quiet arena. The bed is very comfortable (which is subjective). The room is pretty spacious. The staff (Simona was very accommodating and friendly)

Not that it bothered us, this on the second floor with entry via steep, uneven stairs. Please, British people like English or Indian black tea!! Room not cleaned for the 3 days we were there and some kitchen were lacking!!

Fabulous location on the edge of the old town/harbour area. Air conditioning great. Full of character. Host very helpful to explain the 'must see' things of Split.

Can get a bit noisy at night. You can hear the church bell ringing at 7am. The stairs are uneven.

Its in a good location, less than 5 minutes walk to Riva. Great choice of cafes and restaurants around us.

Location could not have been better 2 blocks from Old Town and had reasonable paid parking. Heated floors in the bathroom, nice Lavazza coffee machine.A modern and sleek and very quiet for sleeping.
