The entrance to the apartment was through a door which opened to a flight of stairs and our apartment was on the first floor. It’s rather dark, dingy and smells of old cigarette smoke, but once in the apartment it’s fine.

The offside apartment was in a fantastic location in the old town. Shops, restaurants, harbour and supermarket are close by. The bed was large and comfy. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook a meal or do a snack. Plenty of towels were provided. It was very comfortable and a view on to the side street of shops.

Fantastic location and surprisingly quiet given it was on a main street (sound proof windows were great). Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and the host was very friendly, informative and quick to respond to messages.

Clear directions from getting a taxi to the edge of the old town and directions to the apartment was difficult until I rang the owner. He was very helpful and friendly.

Brilliant location on the edge of the castle walls and alley ways. Amazing sound insulation in shutting the windows and opening them to the bustle outside. Central in the old town of Split with an ability to walk everywhere.

We stayed in the apartment on statehood day when there was an extraordinary amount of life and noise in the old town. We slept a little bit worse then. On a normal weekend evening and night, the noises didn't bother us. The soundproofing of the windows was quite good anyways!

Mario was really nice and kind to host us. Thank you!!Early check in was also possible which was great! The equipment of the room was excellent.

Mario the host was amazing and gave us great recommendations and information on where to visit. He gave us his phone number so we could ask him any questions we needed via WhatsApp. The location was petfect and in the exact centre of the old town. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Could not recommend this property highly enough!

Very stylish decorated appartment on a perfect location downtown. 1st floor, no elevator, but stairs are not too steep. AC is very good positioned so it doesn’t blow directly into you while sleeping. Even though downtown, you don’t hear outside noise. Safe deposit available, WIFI functioning. The host ist very nice and will help you with infos.

The location is ideal - walk out the door to restaurants and bars! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and new. The whole property was very clean. The host was amazing - helped with anything we needed including information on transfers.
