Nothing. If there is something that does not deserve the best rating, it is maybe the price, but this concerns the whole Croatian coastline nowadays.

The very warm and friendly welcome, the fact that the owners also seem to like dogs and are running a nice and clean house at an outstanding lovely place direct at the beach.

Very nice and helpful owner. The apartment was very well maintained, it contained all accessories, cutlery, towels, etc.. 3 steps from the beach and very good restaurants. If someone is looking for a rest in a quiet place, I highly recommend it. A few km further the town of Senj full of attractions . Everyone will find something for themselves in this place. We will be back for sure and will be recommending to family and friends.

The room was nice and clean, but we suggest to add a couple of things. For example there are mugs and glasses but nothing to wash them with. The refrigerator was quite loud and it would be great if balconies would have some deck chairs.

The main positive thing about this place is the location. The building is right next to the sea, you can be on the beach in less than a minute. Balconies are protected from the sun so you can enjoy the shade while watching the sea and the place itself is quiet. The only thing you have to prepare for, the other side of the building is next to a busy road, so if you are a light sleeper this might be a deal-breaker for you.

The owner, Pavel and his Mom very friendly and helpful. The apartman is super cleaned and well equipped. The sea is absolutely close, you can see the sunset from your balcony. Perfect place for couple, friends or family🏖️ I am sure, we will go back to Sveti Juraj to Guesthouse Plaza! Congratulation! 👍

We were sorry to lose the view but it couldn’t be helped.

Pavel had been updating his property and unfortunately the electric power had blown on the 1st and 2nd floors, so he was unable to use these rooms until the electrician returned from holiday. So we were given a ground floor apartment with cooking facilities at the same price instead. We lost the intended sea view but otherwise everything was fine. Everything was brand new.. There was free wifi and some free parking. Pavel was very helpful. Though just a quiet village, Sveti Juraj had several bars and good restaurants and a well stocked mini market + a part time bakery.

Everything was good. Except Balcony is not like shown in the picture. The ocean view is from the side We were okay with it, but it just isnt like the pictures on booking.

The owner was very friendly, the rooms are extremely clean and location next to the beach is very nice. There are many restaurants at walking distance.

We thought we had booked a room with a balcony and sea view, and were a bit dissapointed to receive a terrace (with partial sea view), which offers less privacy. In the end this proved to be no problem as the terrace was quiet and we still enjoyed ourselves there.

The appartment is nice, with a big bed in the living room and a 2 person sleeping couch near the (small) kitchen. The bathroom is small but has all that is needed. Parking is free, however cars get "blocked", so take care to tell the staff if you want to leave early (however this was no problem during our stay.). The appartment is across the street from a small "beach" with a diving board and very clear water for snorkling with lots of fish. The small village has all you need (7 restaurants!) and a small bakery and supermarket. Our son also liked the playstation in our room :-) We really enjoyed our stay here

It is very loud outside (road with official 50km/h traffic where everyone is speeding mere meters from the balcony) The AC cannot keep a steady temperature, so it gets either too cold (with AC on) or too hot (with AC off) at night. Also far from a quiet AC unit. Room is pretty small. If the weather is bad, you are basically stuck in bed.

A bit old fashioned, especially bathroom (terrible shower, no bathroom cabinets and washing machine). No coffee machine in the kitchenette. A quite problematic car park (to leave it, you have to ask other guests to move their cars).
