Only real downside which hadn't anticipated was the noise from the road (but you'd get this anywhere along the strip). Also we were traveling on foot with 2 toddlers so did a lot of walking. Closest supermarket and bus to Omis and Split was about 200 metres away. Wasn't sure how cleaning worked so maybe that could be clearer. We stripped our beds and asked for a swap.

Very well equipped clean apartment and kitchen close to sea perfect for our family holiday. Lovely balcony view and TV (if you need it on a wet day). Cleaning lady was lovely and communication with the agent was prompt. Really good value for money. Nice little touches of necessities like washing up liquid, toilet paper etc (which didn't get elsewhere). Tried the nearby restaurant Rozac on recommendation from the cleaning lady. I thought it was extremely expensive. I stayed in a number of similar properties all over Croatia and this was by far the most expensive, nearly double for a far smaller place. Considering the price, I expected a washing machine and cleaning equipment in the flat. These things were communal and located in the stairwell downstairs.

Location was great and the communication with host was good. Place was clean and tidy with a great view of the beach.

To short visit

We stayed for two nights. The apartment was clean and had everthing you needed. Location is really good and is near the beach, good resturants and a market. I would absolutly stay at Villa Lidija again. Extra plus to helpful and friendly Lady that welcomed us when we arrived at Villa Lidija. Told us where to find everything in the Area and made our arrivel and departur easy.

no dishwasher. not enough hot water for four people. the bathrooms didn’t have modern fittings. the shower head doesn’t hold itself. you have to hold it one hand to shower. the apartment needs a renovation. but I guess this is what you get for 70 euros per night in this location.

it’s value for money. we booked it for 70euros per night for 3 nights. so you get what you pay for. the location was good right across the beach. it was clean. the staff was helpful and provided whatever we needed and in their control.

Close to busy road which runs between apartment and beach. Bedroom at back so ok for sleeping but balcony noisy.

Very friendly host, easy check in, early as well so could drop bags off and head to the beach. Great parking with cctv so nice and secure. Nice little beaches opposite and fast food shack which was great.

Wi-Fi was not very good (pretty bad actually, unfortunately) and our host only spoke Croatian, but thanks to the use of our hands (and approximate understanding) we managed just fine in the end :)
