Very nice place, wonderful view from the windows, very quiet at night, nothing will disturb your rest. There is a pool, a parking space and even a grill. And of course very nice hosts. I RECOMMEND!

Parking is tight.

Our host Draganna was so helpful and made sure if we had any questions or needs that she was always available. She was wonderful and gave us so many helpful hints re: places to visit, restaurants, and even travel advice getting to the airport. Could not thank her enough. A personal travel advisor. The location was brilliant re just outside Omis but close enough if we needed options. The views and beach are stunning. A hidden gem. Only advice is that the road up and parking is tight, but typical of a mountainous region. Loved it and highly recommend.

Had a lovely two night stay at villa Marina. Our host was just lovely and very welcoming. Her English was superb so communication was excellent. She couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommend this villa for a comfortable stay and beautiful sea view.

The drive path is a bit tight and steep, however it is not a problem to arrive. There are not many restaurants close, so be sure to manage food/coffee in some other way. The grocery store is 10 minutes by foot, but the road does not have proper borders, so be careful in the evening.

Apartment with sea view has actually direct sea view without any obstacles. You can have breakfast on the balcony watching sea. The dog could watch the sea all day. There is a possibility for hiking up the hill on a infrequently used road.

the drive up to the property- parking was free which was great but access was not easy. Also beach that was close by was only reached by long, hard uphill/downhill walk. not suitable for anyone who is not reasonably fit and a car is very important out of main season as many restaurants close on 1st September.

no shower accessories, the pool is closed at 8pm so if you count to have a relaxing time near that at the evening - ruled out. Last thing that the booking was overpriced for us because later we paid at least 40€ less at the hotel in Dubrovnik which is way more touristic comparing to Omis

The road to get there was like a 4 wheel drive track , The tv didn’t work no channels Internet was terrible only worked in the entrance way And it was advertised as beachfront when in fact it’s perched high up on the side of the hill and the walk to get to the beach is something only a goat could succeed at , The wind blew all night and it sound like the roof was going to come off

There are no sidewalks next to the road. Driveway to the apartment house is up to hill. I think it is common in this area, but is good to count with that you need some skills to drive and park there.

Amazing sea view. We had apartment on 2nd floor (2/3). Location was good. It was really quick to go the beach, but you have to count with crossing the kind of rush road (but not impossible to do it) and almost 100 stairs. But it is worth it, really clean water and bautiful nature. It is good to have a car in this area. It is possible to park right next to the apartment. Owner Marina was really kind and helpful during our stay.
