Make sure to bring things to eat to keep at the apartment like water or snacks because the stores aren't close by. (They are like 10 or 15m walk). It will be great if they have a vending machine on site

the stream in the shower was very week and the houses are old there was also no heater so it was cold.

1) The kitchen could have modern equipments (current: electric stove - slow and difficult) 2) The shower cabin has no door but curtain, looks so-so and very small. 3) One of the bed has overused, unconfortable mattress.

The accomodation has beautiful panorama from the hill, our flat had a big terrace with sunbeds. There is a common swimming pool with sunbeds and the owner is very kind. It is close enough to the seaside on foot. The Villa has own parking lot. The accomodation is very good if you are not sensitive to the interior style and quality.

Property requires proper cleaning - carpets, curtains and under the beds seems are not cleaned for some time. Property have dated furniture from from ‘90 and improvements for last few decades are missing. While staying in the room it feels like you are traveling in time machine 30 years ago. For few days it was OK. but for longer holiday I am happy that I was leaving as we needed better equipped kitchen. If you want fried eggs for the breakfast, it will require a bit more time and challenge to prepare that on existing kitchen equipment. Again, in this place you pay for location, view and view to the sea.

Nice and helpful staff, excellent location, free parking, swimming pool, big balcony for breakfast and perfect view. Basically you pay for location and view. Condition of property is poor, furniture is aged and cleaning is poor; you have co close your eyes for that.

I would suggest more maintenance work in the apartment, mainly in the bathroom and kitchen (changing shower curtain, fixing the plate in the shower, door of the icebox in the fridge, broken sunbeds at pool, etc.). All in all this is a very nice place, just some small details could improve the quality.

The owners are very kind and helpful, they were at our service, for which we were thankful. The panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay is wonderful. The pool was clean and the temperature was OK. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms. The kitchen and living room is well equipped. We had free parking place at the villa, the road is really very steep, but the owners helped us to park in. WIFI was all right.

Magnificent view from terrace for the whole harbor , not far away from the sea, you need to be prepared for walking uphill that wasn’t an issue for us, pleasant staff and host.

Villa Palme has such an amazing view over the town and water. Great pool, big enough for all to have fun. Fantastic place, and quick easy walk to town and the promenade.

The enter of the gate leads you to the garden through an uphill road. If you are not experienced driver you could easily get struggling to drive your car up. 😁

Erika and her husband are very very kind, they were always helpful if we needed something. Beautiful view daytimes and nights as well. The pool is very useful when you arrive back from somewhere and you want to cool down. Nice apartment, nice people, nice view, beach is not far away, central is not far away. Villa Palme is a perfect place to spend your vacation. Deeply recommend if you’d like to go to Opatija.🤝
