We had to leave early and couldn’t have our bill and now it’s impossible to contact the tenant to have it sent, even by WhatsApp. A pity and annoying.

The apartment was slightly different than expected: The balcony is connected to one of the bedrooms, there only is a kitchen without windows, no living room. The other bedroom hardly had any curtains, it was hard to sleep there.

Only stayed 1 night so everything was good. If you stay longer and want to Cook it can be a problemen without kitchen

Towel was so hard. Bed was not comfortable. WiFi was so so slow.

Location : close to Trogir old town and Split airport with car. Cleanliness: everyday cleaning service. Restaurant was direct under the apartment. The balcony with sea view.

The WiFi was non functional on the 3rd floor. But I assume that will be repaired. Be ready for some serious stair climbing if you rent a room on the 3rd floor.

Located in a stunning bay near Trogir, the building is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary amenities very close by - beach, groceries, restaurants. Great for families and anyone looking to relax.

WiFi was not working well also coverage not adequate. We were notified about that at check in but with kids it created a bit of trouble later on.

Spacious apartment and Excellent views from both balconies. Friendly host helped us to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor. Very nice location and we really enjoyed our 3 night stay there. The property does not accept credit card ( we overlooked that and didn’t carry Kn but we managed to pay in Euro which was very convenient).

The walking distance to Trogir was much longer than in the information (by car 5,5 or 10 km) The owner was not helpful with providing basic information usch as boat taxi transfer/sunbeds The evening before check out he announced that we needed to pay the stay in cash which that was not included in my confirmation as it was guaranteed by my card - that information was to be foundation as a very small note under the hotels information. This gave us an extra cost of 100 EUR as all ATM:s in that area had extra fees. We did not have any cleaning or new sheets during our 5 nights

Good balcony with nice view but its annoying with the balcony next to us that was smoking non stop

- no towels or pillowcases in both rooms, we covered the pillows with a sheet in order to sleep. 4 adults and 1 child were given only 1 hand towel and nothing more. - very rude staff and owner. the bartender showed us to our room and when i asked about the WI-FI passowrd she told me that quote " we are in the European union and you can use your own internet no extra charge". the wifi is very bad by the way. - we stayed from sunday to monday, just a layover on our trip back home but still i would expect to have pillowcases. - payment is cash only, even though when i booked the property it said that i would be debited on my credit card 3 days in advance, in their accomodation policy it states cash only. this lead to both bartender and owner beeing very rude and dismisisve using phrases like "listen lady" "we are very busy now" "we will handle your check in later". owner got very agitated and spoke on a harsh tone and calmed down only when my husband stepped in. i spoke very calm to them and only wanted to clarify if they cand help us pay by card since they actually had a POS there and were using it with restaurant clients. no banks in the area, only sketchy ATMs that charge huge comission when you take out money.

Great view, clean spacious rooms free parking one street above the location is a nice little market where you can find a lot of things

The bad smell from the shower, the very creaky bed, nothing on the balcony to get some shadow.

The location is great, nice spacious balcony. The restaurant downstairs (also samac) serves good food and always the best service.
