Only thing was there was no freezer in room we had and we do like to make ice for our drinks

The property is up a hill only a ten min walk from the centre of Cavtat and has wonderful views cross the bay. The apartment was well equipped and the pool was lovely. The hosts where very helpful and communication was great, the rooms where cleaned on a daily basis which was very good service.

Rooms were very comfortable. The host was very kind and friendly. The owner took care of our well-being. We received help in organizing the airport transfer. We were able to store our luggage after check out.

As mentioned by many people in reviews, apartments are located on a steep hill so I can imagine that location is not suitable for everybody.

Small hike from Cavtat's centre with a nice view from the apartment's balcony, apartment was spacious and really clean - cleaning service is top notch. Lady in charge was very kind and helpful. We didn't use pool that often but it was okay.

There was nothing that we didn't like. However the Villa is placed on a hill and there is a very steep slope down to the town so not a good location for anyone with walking difficulties. We returned from our holiday a lot fitter than when we arrived!

On arrival at the Villa Voinic we were given a very warm welcome by the owner. We arrived during a storm and were told that if we wanted to go for something to eat they would take us into the town and then pick us up when we were ready. As we had already eaten we didn't take the offer up but were very touched. We booked this Villa on a recommendation from someone who had been before Covid and we were more than satisfied. Situated at the top of a hill gives you an overall view of the beautiful bay of Cavtat. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we expected. Towels were changed everyday and beds every couple of days. It also has a swimming pool with an adequate number of sunbeds, chairs and two large sun shades. This was lovely to cool down in after sightseeing in the town or nearby Dubrovnik. Visiting Dubrovnik is easy from this location with a water taxi leaving Cavtat on a regular basis and a local bus which can be caught on the main road just outside the apartments. The Villa has 10 apartments over three floors. It was a very friendly environment which we enjoyed immensely. The owners were wonderful, so helpful and continually checking if we were ok. We look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future.

The view from our balcony was stunning. the pool area was lovely and clean and the sun beds were great quality. Met on arrival by owner who brought us cold beers to welcome us. Would 100% stay again.

Quite noisy at night.. very steep climb to the accommodation. Sheets and blankets a bit small for the big bed.

You have to go through other bedroom to get to the toilet and the kitchen is in the the bedroom as well.

Just be aware that the walk to the property from the centre of Cavtat is short but steep and wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues

The apartment had a well equipped kitchen area, a huge comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a powerful shower. The owners were really lovely and could not do enough to welcome you. There was also a beautiful private pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Pool towels were also provided. It was a perfect base, minutes walk from the centre of Cavtat.

I really loved my stay. Cavtat is a lovely town and this appartement had a great location. It had a very nice balcony with view. The hosts are also very nice. The appartement had everything I needed.
