EVERYTHING closed 2 days before. All the restaurants and shops. I would have liked to be warned before. I arrived tired and hungry, as I expected the restaurants to be open. I arrived at 6 pm. I had to take a taxi to find food. If I had known before I would have eaten before going to the hotel

There was nothing to dislike.

Location right in the centre of Cavtat, on the flat within a two minute walk of the resturants shops, harbour etc. The breakfast was amazing so much choice a basket of bread was first for each table, with a array of spreads, then choice traditional english breakfast to a cold table, meats, cheese, salad, yogurts, cereals and fresh fruit. Served by our every smiling waitress. The rooms are large and airy with air conditioning, They also have their own resturant a few steps away of a very high standard. It is a family run hotel and it certainly shows with the care and attention.

Not so keen on our attendance at the restaurant for an evening meal - we found this quite disappointing compared to how we found the breakfast offerings.

Excellent breakfast and great service from the regular waitress. Good choice on the menu and no limit to how much you wanted to eat. Excellent coffee too! Fantastic location with easy access to the sea front, bus station, restaurants and shops.

Our suite was simply fabulous. We had a large terrace with table and chairs and recliners to relax during the day. Breakfast was great and the selection was amazing as well as the opportunity to have something made in the kitchen for you. The staff were super friendly and everything was simply fantastic.

The only downside were the stairs to the rooms as there is no lift but a very small price to pay for all its advantages as described above. Willing help was always on hand to carry heavy bags up and down the stairs on arrival and departure.

It is so close to the local amenities in the resort, cafes, bars , restaurants , shops etc, but there was no noise or disturbance from the restaurant to the hotel ( which was excellent) The building has character and charm about it with small terraces available to all residents in addition to our private balcony.

Very cozy hotel. Room and facilities are not super gorgeous but spacious and clean. Location and view also nice. Above all, their hospitality is superb!! After the disruption at the airport caused from almost flights to UK to be cancelled, their warm hospitality and good food gave us a big comfort.

Incredible and one of my favourite hotels ever. The location is perfect - right on the main promenade and really close to tons of swimming spots, restaurants and amenities. The room had a stunning terrace to relax on. Staff were also so lovely and helpful - even helping lug my suitcase up the stairs! Can’t wait to return!

Simply not a boutique hotel. More like a 2 or 3 star cheap hotel. Aircon was too noisy to sleep with but the rooms were nice and cool anyway. No pool, no bar it was just a room. A room without a walk in shower. If I'd paid 80 euro less a night it would've been perfect. The rooms we clean but dated. I did like the hotel staff and location but for the price was expecting a "boutique" hotel.

In the particular room we stayed in ( attic room) we were unable to stand up in the shower as the ceiling was slanted. A bit awkward but doable. Over all great experience. Staff fab.

A really nice hotel in a superb location - very close to the centre of Cavtat. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Our room was a good size and the hotel is very charming as it is located in a refurbished older building. Will definitely return if we are in Cavtat again!

Because it is such an old building the balcony was a shared one with another room. fortunately for our stay this room wasnt taken and we had a huge balcony over looking the see to ourselves.

The staff were excellent and attentive and the breakfast could not be faulted. The room was cleaned every day and the position of the hotel was brilliant, close to all amenities.

Wonderful holiday in Villa Pattiera, Cavtat. Never visited Cavtat before but would certainly recommend as it's so peaceful & yet easy to reach Dubrovnik. The accommodation was first class. Our room was spacious with two large windows overlooking the sea & a beautiful shaded balcony (Room 1) with table and chairs and loungers. There was a large double bed, comfy chair, wardrobe etc & even a fridge, safe, kettle, mugs & glasses provided too. The bathroom featured a large shower, toilet & washbasin as well as fluffy towels that were changed regularly. Oh & the rooms had air conditioning too which was wonderful after a day sightseeing! Breakfast is served between 8 & 11am on the sunny terrace & was plentiful including cooked breakfast if requested. There was even a large balcony/ terrace at the back of the property with plenty of tables & chairs + parasols. So peaceful. We found it lovely to return there at night & share a bottle of wine...fabulous! All the staff were so helpful too. If I return I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Beautiful boutique hotel full of character - faultless!

Brilliant location centre cavtat so ideal for a stay to experience this lively area .no pool of course but wonderful to swim in the sea from just outside before breakfast . Staff friendly , especially the wonderful lady who manages breakfast
