The reception is separate from the units. The rooms are not serviced daily. More generous supplies of coffee and tea needed!

Apartments are about 100 metres from Airport Express bus stop, and there is a small supermarket close by.

No privacy when sleeping. The apartment is open plan and we had a child with us !!

Clean & functional with very helpful reception staff. They even let us store our luggage as we arrived too early. Very central so good to use as a base.

The property itself really exceeded our expectations! Rooms are light and large! The kitchen has all what we could only need for comfort stay with kids. I would rate staff separately - they helped us a lot in the beginning, and also gave us opportunity to check-in earlier.

We have stayed at 7Seasons now lots of times at various points in last ten years and the consistently excellent experience always makes us come back. This stay was no different - excellent. Our apartment was lovely, spacious and clean and with comfortable beds. There is lots of storage and our balcony this time was especially incredible! Despite being so close to everywhere (location cannot be beaten!), it is quiet and on a night, there is an additional barrier that comes down so you feel safe as you need a code or key fob to get in. Cleaning every other day is included and for us, it was more than sufficient. Wi-Fi is very reliable and good and there is a great selection of TV channels. Reception can be reached via WhatsApp if needed with any query and responses are always quick. If you are coming to Budapest, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. You won’t regret staying here.

The cleanliness could be better. The balcony was with no possibility of sunshine. The bed mattress was okay, a little bit to soft for our taste.

The apartment was in whole very good. The staff was very helpful. The bathroom and toilet was in good shape. The placement is excellent.

The bed is quite small and the duvets are a bit heavy.

The hotel replied to all of our questions very quickly. We filled in all information on line first for a quick check in. The airport pickup service was great. They also prepared toys, a cot, a high chair, and kid’s cutlery for my toddler.

The cleaner come only in the first day, we didn't see her again, the trash was full and we couldn't replace towels.

Everything about this place was fabulous, great location surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants . The staff were impecable, funny, kind and so helpul, we had to grab a taxi very early in the morning and the receptionist guy arranged this for us, he even played some music for us as we said we were very tired from our travels, this last was so thoughful and nice. Thank you so much, I will definetely stay with you again🥰

Noise. We can hear people shouting at the mid of the night.

Location is great. Airport bus just across the road. Subway is just at the corner. Minimart. Shop are near by. Love balcony where we can relax after walking all day.

No air conditioning as it comes on only in June. It’s on the very fine print that nobody reads so be aware. There are no fans as well in the apartments

Fabulous location. We could walk to many of the tourist sires and plenty of restaurants and cafes around.
