It was complicated to get in given problems with the online registration system (there may have been problems between servers or I was not able to handle them. I had the address but no instructions to get in and had to call Mango apartments (who answered immediately)

Great location on the Jewish district, tons of nightlife and yet this location is secluded enough to be very quiet. Everything was very clean and the staff was welcoming.

I would appreciate having toiletries in the bathroom like shower gel and shampoo. This was mentioned in the description but missing in the apartment. More towels (a second set of towels) will be nice to have available in a closet. The queen size bed had 2 twin mattresses which doesn't make it comfortable for a couple.

Great location of the apartment, on the busy streets of the Jewish quarter. I appreciated that despite the noisy streets around, in the apartment you couldn't hear any noise. Self check in and check out was very smooth, with clear instructions. The apartment has all the facilities you can imagine for longer stays like dishwasher, stove, oven and washing machine. The Internet connection was decent and easy to connect to.

Nice appartments in the heart of Budapest. It's not our first time here, Mango has several appartments in the area, we stayed in several of them on a number of occasions. The directions for the self check-in are clear, if you know the area. The communication with the owner is very rapid. It's clean and you have everything you need.

A terrible smell (probably there is a kitchen at the first floor) coming from the ventilation pipes into the bathroom and toilet. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, so it's not convenient for two couples because you have to pass through the bedroom to get a shower and also to pass through the living room to get to the toilet.

The location is perfect and quite convenient.

There is a restaurant below and the smell of fried food made the stay very unpleasant as the smell was coming from the bathroom which was inside the bedroom. The clothes smelled food, it was cold and I was forced to air the bedroom which is not ok. When I reported the staff answered there was nothing they could do.

They sent countless of emails prior to my arrival informing me of a possible scam to not follow whatever the scam email states. Amongst those emails was the one also that you MUST check in online. When I arrived there was no one to let in the building security had no authority but hence this already happened he knew the situation so Istvan was kind enough and called a number and after some back and forth I was let in. I’ve stayed here before, it’s a big establishment, this could be done better

The lack of sockets, especially if you have to work. Curtains plug is absent, so when you move curtains, they slip off.

The apartment is in the city center. It is clean, there are all the facilities for a long stay, including kitchenware. Check-in process is smooth, the staff is kind and helpful.

Throughout my stay, the bathroom had an unusual odor, which seemed to be related to a problem with the ventilation system.

- Not very clean. Things are old that's ok but there were hairs on my pillow when i arrive, i had to put my tshirt on it. - There was only 1 towel per person. which means that you need to use the same towel for shover also in the kitchen and wash your hands etc. - If you are sensitive to the loud music you can't sleep here. there are many night clubs under the building and it goes an on (3 am, 4 am..)

- Check-in is easy with the instructions; if you can't understand the building, they even provide a youtube video, and with that, I find the place easily. - The location is perfect, close to all important places, and many restaurants and cafes are nearby (including the most popular ones). - Room was cold and it was not possible to heat but when i reach them, they provided a mini heater. - They left me a welcoming gift which is nice.

I had some waves of greasy cooking smells from the Asian restaurant downstairs which seemed to come not through the windows but through the air vents in the bathrooms. It wasn’t too bad, but I could have lived without it.

Super central location. Nice balcony. Large place with two bathrooms. Comfy bed. Double glass windows to protect from the party scene outside. Healthy snacks, water and a bottle of white wine as little gifts.

The towels were small and thin. The apartment could have been a little cleaner (toilet area tiles had some marks on) and there wasn't a clean smell to the area.

The location was amazing. The grand deluxe apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Super central location means that it can get quite noisy and night There was a major problem with the washing machine flooding the bathroom floor but it was resolved by the handyman relatively quickly. Shower also has a tendency to flood Poor light above the bathroom mirror made shaving difficult Bedroom is on the small side with only a few coathangers
