Indoor pool and saunas. Too many people, not enough space. Both too small for comfortable enjoyment.

Clean and comfortable room. Food very tasty and varied. Drinks are included in the meals. Champagne and snacks available throughout the day at no extra charge. Live music in the evening. Close to the lake.

There was construction work in the hotel. This was not informed in advance. During check in, the receptionist was not kind, however I told her that this is my third trip here, Sam hotel, and we traveled with family including little daughter all day. Rooms were available, but she told us to wait till 15:00 and not drink anything in the lobby.

Best option in Heviz, this is my 3rd time in this Hotel. Fantastic facilities. Healthy food and drinks. Doctors and SPA specialists are very good. Especially the person at the SPA front desk, she helped us a lot, big thanks to her. Outside pool is like a cherry on a cake 👍

The construction ongoing in the hotel is extremely loud. Luckily it can't really be heard from the rooms, but it's really jarring when eating breakfast at 9am.

Parking was a trouble there was no free parking space and we were supposed to leave the car in the middle of the street until checking in. The food was below average. I told them in advance that I am vegan and there was not much option for me I had rice and potato the whole time. I do not understand why the spa section is closed for an hour in the middle of the day. It would be nice if they can keep it open. The fitness center is in a different building and is quite outdated. It was not convenient. There is some construction work going on and sections of the hotel is closed.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room and the whole hotel were clean. The spa section is great there are more pools with different water temperatures and a nice sauna section.

There is renovation going on. So, some places like verandas and park are closed. Hope the hotel will have new facilities soon

It's our second stay at Ensana Thermal Aqua. We love the place. The swimming pool with thermal water is fantastic. The food is of good quality. Personnel friendly.

The food is more of a canteen quality, often overcooked and in general the menu doesn't seem to correspond a healthy style, like it would be appropriate for a hotel with health care. The bathing facilities are of the old style, and in some basins (inside jacuzzi) there are traces of black dirt at the tiles, which are not cleaned and go off with fingers touch.

Very good place for a self retreat with a full pension, where there is rich choice of food with delisious desserts and plentiful cheeses, a number of water relaxing facilities and treatements, entertainment in the form of gaming tables and live music, guided sport programs. I wish there were even more sport activities and maybe other group activities for people to meet, spend time together in discussions, team-work, playing, etc, as this hotel really creates a feeling for a long stay, but would require a bigger itenerary. À great sauna show!!!! Borrowing an umbrella at the reception. Great service from all personnel in the hotel!

Elevators for guests did not work for a while, but one could use separate elevators for staff. Two days it was very noisy during day time due to renovation of some rooms (drilling all the day). Steam sauna was not clean and off of function.

Extremely nice location near down town, lake, forest. Very polite staff, once my car could not start on by leaving, emergency service was immediately called and problem fixed. The pools are excellent. I was on my vacation with my dog and found our stay very nice. Very recommended for travel with dog. Food was excellent and coffee was available almost all day around. It was second time to visit Ensana and for sure I will come again.

The sauna area was disappointingly small, and the absence of an aroma sauna was a noticeable drawback. Additionally, the lack of an opportunity to change wet towels was inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience. Furthermore, the insufficient number of sunbeds added to the discomfort. These factors collectively contributed to a less-than-pleasant stay, and I would recommend improvements in these areas to enhance the overall guest satisfaction.

While my stay at this hotel was generally enjoyable, it's worth noting that the wellness area could benefit from significant improvements. The overall experience would be enhanced with attention to this aspect. The beds, rooms, and dining were commendable, but the wellness facilities fell short of expectations.

We travelled a lot with motorbikes across Europe and only in your town and hotels parking for motorbikes isn't free. Even we don't use parking place... and the answer is... we charges in the hotel area. Makes no sense, because motorbikes don't use parking spaces for cars.

We liked food, pools, the room is nice, the neighbourhood is friendly and staff in hotel is nice and friendly.

Spiders were not removed from some corners of the room. At night there was a lot of light coming into the room from the hallway.Low sound insulation in the room.

Very friendly, responsive, attentive staff: receptionists, waiters, cleaners. Good organization of the reception process, many signs and information signs in several languages.Delicious food in the restaurant and a varied selection of dishes. Large selection of activities at the hotel.Comfortable mattress and pillow. There are a lot of green spaces on the territory, the garden is tastefully organized.The hotel has everything you need for relaxation, there is no need to leave it anywhere.

The spa area inside is not very large. The elevators are not very new.

We appreciated the outdoor pools and yard with lot of shadow from the trees which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel is serving only fullboard, but with a reasonable large variety. Also, the drinks were included (soft drinks, but also beer and wine). The parking place is large which is a plus. Also, the hotel is situated very close to the thermal lake of Heviz
