We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Japanin the early automn coming, it might be good to circulate hotter water of the central heating system because we used two rooms, but one of the room was bit cold despite using central heater with maximum hot level settings.
Super clean, best location easily access to the old town, super cozy room with updated facilities, very nice hotel owner who is super flexible, top rated value of breakfast, super nice view from the balcony.

Very nice and cosy b&b. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was fantastic with homemade jam and lemonade. Very nice hosts, that made us feel very welcome. Only a short walk to the inner city and to the train station. Because of the heat, it was very nice to have air condition in the rooms.

United KingdomThe booking process seemed to be a big problem and I found prior to arriving at the Bianco that payment had already been taken three days before we arrived; despite the booking confirmation stating "no pre payment is needed" which caused us more big worries, WHY ? This means we can longer trust the booking process and hopefully will not need to use booking.com ever again.
Everything at the B&B was very good, we were expecting a separate bed (as listing in the room contents) so one of us slept on the balcony !

New ZealandReally nothing I can think of to improve -- everything down to the quality of the natural cotton sheets was thought of already by the owners.
A beautiful guesthouse within a few steps of the Sopron train station. The staff are very kind and attentive and everything is carefully looked after. After a hard day's travel I rested here overnight & woke up refreshed and relaxed. Many thanks to the kind owners!

HungaryThe room was very noisy, windows open to super market's storage, early morning sound of loading big packs is continuous. The description of room points to silent room, which was not available as described.
The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from centre of town, sight distance from railway station. The breakfast was excellent, the staff is very polite and hospitable, dear people. Excellent advices were given by them regarding sights to see in town and district.

FinlandOur room was changed from normal room to attic room as a 'gift-upgrade', but we would have rather taken a normal room, since stairs were very precipitous to climb with luggage and my tall brother did not fit very well to shower. Attic had more rooms and beds, but since we had only 3 in a group, we ended up sleeping all in a same room together anyway, so we would rather have had smaller room from a normal floor. Maybe next time it would be nice to have the original room as an option too.
Breakfast was very yummy and owners were very helpful. Location was very easy, right next to train station and grocery store. 20min walk to Volt festivals.

Czech RepublicIt is B&B but the second B stands for a drink only. You actually have to pay extra for breakfast.
Great location close to the centre of Sopron and railway station in a very quiet part of the city. Friendly and helpful owners. A lot of parking spaces in front of the facility. Nice lounge and garden.
