The sound isolation is not very good. You can hear many sounds of the whole hotel, especially of people in the early morning. Doesn't really let you sleep in - but it was alright during the night.

Location is great, just a few steps way from the metro/tram station. It's easy to get anywhere and back.

The single bed is a little bit small.

I had birthday when I was there and they surprised me on the breakfast room with a small cake with a candle. It was very nice, really made my day. The workers are really nice, always helpfull and smiling. They Gave us by checkin lots of infos about the city and sightseeing. Everything very clean, comfortable room and new bathroom. Very good location.

I was traveling with my parents, and we enjoyed a lot. The hotel has an elevator which made our life even easier, the room had 3 beds and was super clean with all the necessities. The breakfast was super and the staff were also really nice people. One enjoyable moment for us was the birthday of my dad where the hotel surprised us with a cake during breakfast, and we thanked them for that surprise. I also liked the hotel lobby and spent some time there since it was cozy. The hotel is also located in a relatively good area where the metro and trams can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes, and some parts of the city can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes.

Just a few insignificant issues: 1. Some of the wood boards under my bed fell out one day and they had to fix it the next day. They cited this as a common problem which suggests they should take a couple days and just get them all fixed at once. 2. The breakfast could use just a few rotating options because I don't eat pork which limited my protein options somewhat to sliced chicken and above-average eggs. 3. The sauna could supply its own towels.

The location on the metro and 4/6 tram lines is amazing and got me around the entire city without issues. The staff were incredibly sweet and knowledgeable during my entire stay with 24hour presence. My room on the 5th floor had great views, quite spacious, and quality furnishings. The breakfast (7am-10am which are great hours) was also quite hardy with quality coffee, wine, pastries, eggs, meats, and cheese options. The hot tub/sauna room and self-service minibar also were nice-to-haves.

Central location, quiet, so close to metro station and tram links, exceptionally quiet, great breakfast, clean rooms. Onsite spa facility. Complementary tea and pastries in the lounge. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff who kindly prepared a breakfast bag for our earlier morning trip to lake Balaton. Thank you so much for looking after us, we look forward to returning next year.

The spa was for maximum 4 people. The check out it is at 10:00 am, as we were on holiday we needed to wake up at 8 to have breakfast, take a shower and leave. For us it was too early as we were on holidays.
