It's a little on the expensive side for what it's offering- it looks great, but the amenities are not always matching its ambitions. Just as an example, we had a nice terrace in front of our room, but during the day, it was impossible to sit there, as there was no way to shade it.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the castle, in a green, quiet area. It's easy to reach by car, but it's also at a walking distance from most sights. The premises of an old mill have been renovated with some nice touches, there are several buildings with different 'thematical' rooms. Our room was spacious and clean.

My room could have been cleaned better. There was a plate of food that was left there but no big issue.

They should clean the filters in the air conditioner in the room, as it emits a musty smell during operation. My wife and I turned off the air conditioner and made a draft to ventilate the room.

The hotel is located in a quiet location, with its own parking lot. It is very close to the center.

felt a bit far away from the rest of the city (down a big hill) and google maps led us on a highway in order to arrive, but that’s not the property’s fault obviously!

the dinner on-site was amazing (especially the goat cheese salad). everyone was friendly even when we were late checking out. Breakfast was also good.

Hotel is in quiet area, but very close to center. Bed was verry comfortable! we only stayed for 1 day, but i would recommend this hotel for families with children.

The staff are excellent. I stayed for two weeks, and at all times every staff member was friendly, professional and went out of their way to assist me if I needed anything.

Price didn't match the one shown on Booking.com: staff is converting EUR price with the unrealistic 400 HUF/EUR rate, which was declared only later. Family room didn't have bathtub as described. (They do have one room with a bathtub, but we didn't get it despite the reservation's description.) Our family room had a double bed, and a simple sofa, the latter right next to the entrance, not the most pleasant setting. Considering all this, and the fact that the price is higher than most downtown Budapest hotel rooms with similar facilities, it wasn't great value at all.

Great location, clean and new buildings. Lovely surroundings (separate, smaller buildings arranged with lot's of green between them). Decent breakfast, but nothing spectacular.

There are rooms and rooms. Some of them, seemed like small houses with a terase, really nice. The one that we got was in the main building, no balcony, extremely small windows and not a pleasant one overall. Tried to change it but the answer was simply "nooo". Also you could hear in the morning people speaking at the reception and they were not loud. Maybe just disappointed because of the pictures VS what we got but overall unhappy

As we were 4 people we took the family room. One of the beds is a sofa bed. Very hard and uncomfortable. Only slept a couple of hours! The room was also next to the reception, very noisy, in the night the hotel staff was too loud (some sort of partying went on). Had to ask them to STOP!! When comparing the room and the breakfast to the price paid, I felt robbed!!

Breakfast was ok. Could have more choices.

room 109 had deffect shower, towels smell like 3days used but was clean only smell bad. i want order dinner around 20:45 , and chef dont want prepare food but restaurant was open till 22:00 , im so sorry but 4 star hotels looks really different !
