There was much a big noise by people passing by our room and also the stuff in the morning making the rest of the rooms clean. The walls are really thin

When it’s a sunny day, the room can get quite warm, unfortunately the heater in the room cannot be adjusted, so it can be really hot during the day. Opening the window can be a solution. But adjustable heating would be perfect.

The rooms were not sound isolated so you could hear the sounds of cars and other guests very loud We had a problem with entering the hotel, every time we had to wait for the receptionist to open the door for us, our card didn't work. The cleanness of the room was acceptable however it would have been so much better if they put 2 pairs of sleepers in the room as we booked the room for 2 people

The location was excellent, it had access to so many stations and landmarks and a bunch of grocery stores. The staff were kind and helpful, especially the ladies We arrived earlier than check-in time, there was a place for your baggage to be kept, so we put ours there.

Nothing really wrong with the place. The price is low and one cannot expect to be in the Grand Hotel. My room was facing a busy street, but the windows are good enough to isolate the noise.

The price-quality ratio is really good. It is economic, so my room was small, but well made and with high ceilings. The bathroom is fully functional, with nice shower. Everything clean enough as well. A plus: you can turn off the heating if you like!

Towel had some holes in it, should be changed to newer. Shower bit tricky to use at start. The outside doors from the room are not soundproof, so if you are woken easily by sounds, than a loud guest next door can wake you up.

The location is great if you are traveling by public transport and want to see the architecture. 24 hour reception. Breakfast was included, not a lot to choose from, but for the price was decent. Has an elevator.

Beds were made but not changed, towels were not changed and bedding was stained. Double bed was actually 2 sheets goes put together so myself and partner had to sleep seperate sides

The room was a bit shabby. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. The breakfast was a bit poor and the coffee was cold.

The location is perfect - it’s in the city centre with many restaurants, bars and shops around and right by the metro station. The building is interesting and historic. Everybody was nice. The reception works 24 hours which is a plus. It was very warm in the room (it was a winter stay).
