Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and in great location to take in all the sights. Great value for money. Great to have the free drinks bar for coffee , tea and hot chocolate. Nice touch.

The bathroom doors were a bit odd, not allowing privacy from people in the room.

The location of the hotel was amazing, ver central to so many things so it was very easy to walk whenever we wanted to go.

Maybe some slippers in the room would have been nice. The breakfast does not have a huge variety of food, but more than enough.

Nice hotel in the center of Budapest. Clean and comfy rooms, nice breakfast, sauna available. Luggage storage is also available. I loved having a lobby with free coffee and water.

Beautifully decorated hotel,had a luxurious and comfy feel. The staff were very kind and always there to help. Very clean and spacious rooms, they had all the amenities one could need during the stay, comfortable bed, good pillows, breakfast was abundant and varied. Convenient location that was close to many attractions and in a quiet street.Loved the coffee space( delicious coffee) and the sauna! Highly recommended option when staying in Budapest😊

Some people at reception did not speak very good English but this did not spoil the experience.

Very attentive personnel, clean and tidy and some additional extras such as the free coffee/ tea area.

Our room was very spacious and stylish. It was easy to get to the sights and transport to other locations (trams/metro). A lot was walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not get breakfast but they have free water/juice/hot drinks at their lounge area. There was also a meeting room, computer, printer if you need.

Lovely hotel which was immaculately clean! Continental breakfast was nice. We were gifted a box of chocolates and some wine for husbands birthday which was a lovely touch. Free tea, coffee, juice, water 24/7 in reception area

The hot food breakfast items were served cold. Food items were placed in cold containers with no signage explaining that the hot cupboard was faulty. Staff should have found a better way to serve the hot breakfast items. We paid €15 each for cereals and pastries as the hot food items were inedible when served cold as if straight from the fridge with no attempt at heating them up.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel overall. Comfortable room and bed, lovely big bathroom. Friendly and efficient check in and we appreciated the 24 hour hot drinks station.

Great location within easy reach of Parliament, the Danube and St Stephen's Basilica. The hotel is in a lovely boutique style with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom was clean, spacious and well thought through. It had a large bathroom with everything we needed. Something we used regularly was the seating area where tea/coffee/fresh orange was available free. The staff were friendly and helpful.
