We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Sofa for children in the room is small and not very comfortable.
Everything is great, you can just relax and enjoy. Nice big pools, slides, quiet area for adults. Renovated rooms. Great breakfast and dinner with a lot of different choices every day.

Very hot temperature in room (over 30°C) without possibility to cool the room down - air condition did not work in this season yet. Strange smell from bathroom - maybe also related to extremely high temperature in the room.
Polite staff, nice hotel with great aquapark + thermal spa, lot of equipment in lobby for children and also adults, good food.

Check-out time at 10am is really too early and we know it was later before.Now you have to get up and pack and finish breakfast and leave the room all that before 10 its just too much rush.Check-in is at 2pm so it makes 4 hours to clean the room. We think 12 would be much better time as it is in most other hotels.
Hotel and room is nice and clean.Breakfast was ok but it was better before but dinner was better now than before.Coffee was much better before.Its like a tea made of coffee now.

Beds weren't great, but good enough.
Very reasonable pricing, including breakfast, dinner and access to the waterpark/spa center. It's not an upmarket hotel, but for older people who want to relax in the spa, or a family with kids who would enjoy the waterpark, it is excellent. Staff were very helpful when we had to change our reservation last minute.

Room should have electric kettle for late night tea or coffee... 😊 I couldn't pay parking part in HUF part by card... Its one way or another, cash or card - but not both.

Guests should be able to get free parking (limited number of free parking slots). The main aqua park area opens at 2pm during the weekdays.
Excellent indoor pools and aqua park. Great food selection. We enjoyed bowling after the dinner.

The windows could not be left slightly opened, the wash basin was far too high. Not such a problem for adults , but I sympathise with parents with small children...
The hotel refurbisment was more than welcome and necessary.

The fact that you need to pay parking even as a guest of the hotel.

The hotel is renovated, but it lost cousines and comfort that it had before. Fireplace in the middle of lobby was their signature.Now everything looks cold and cheap.
We are often in this hotel. We like the food and pools. Recommended for families with the children. It's clean.

Hotel was not fanciest one, but it was really functional and exceptionally clean. Rooms are spacious, but second couch bed was really small, was enough for wife and small kid though. Food was just OK, nothing special, check in and check out process was fast. SPA for adults is worth every forint!

Hotel rooms, corridors and lobby has been renovated recently, big plus for that. Plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner, food is delicious with lot of options. The hotel is connected to nearby aqua park, but my real favorite is the silent wellness within the hotel.

Not really something I could say here, we had only a one night sta, and we had no complaints, on the contrary...
Great service, great accommodation, great food, and of course the aqua park is very good, especially for kids under 8 years old... We were very late on the arrival day, due to spending 7 hours at the border crossing, and arrived at 20:52, dinner is served until 21:00, they let us take the dinner before checking in, and also extended our checkout for the next day to be until 19:00 in place of 10:00 so we could use the aqua park, really appreciate that, really great service...

During our stay, there were ongoing renovation works, so from time to time you could hear loud drilling, on lower floors, one could see painting colors, floor wrapped in plastic, ladders, and workers.
Parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are ok. The hotel has its own pools saunas Turkish baths, massage rooms, and resting area. The hotel is good for families with kids, there is a covered corridor from the hotel to Aquapolis with various pools for kids and parents.
