We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI would have ordered coffee from the lobby cafe but it was priced very high, its as if they are taking advantage of the fact the hotel is isolated from local coffee shops.
Overall we had a great stay here. The room was small but well appointed and clean. The bed was a little too firm but we had what we needed to be comfortable in the room, great towels! The location is on a island in the Danube and if you like to run or walk there's an amazing 5km loop around the island. We typically took Bolt taxis to and from town when needed, and they were reliable and affordable. We had great breakfasts at the hotel, lots of variety! The lobby and ground are beautiful.

DenmarkGreat location at the Margaret island with the bus stop just behind the hotel bringing you to the vibrant Nyugati area that is the beating heart of Pest. the hotel is tastefully decorated and it has a very authentic fin de siecle spirit. Breakfast was very good and the spa area is just perfect.

The Ensana hotel facilities i.e., the spa and room were excellent. Being located on St Margit Island was a bonus, vey calm quiet and tranquil compared to the hub-bub of the city... We felt very lucky to be able to go out for a quiet walk first thing in the morning and in the evening with the trees and the bird song etc... The thermae spa was very clean, well managed and above expectations...

Czech RepublicGrand Hotel is beautiful historical building located in a park. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed Danube view. Thermal spa are easily accessible. Bus stop is only a few minutes walk from a hotel doorstep and it takes approx. 20 minutes to reach the city center. We used combination of bus line 26 and tram no. 2.

That is one big resort, with thermal water and all connected to health spa in the middle of the Danube. WIFI works great, staff is nice, Dinner buffet - amazing.
