No lift to reach the upper floors, but not a big issue if You don't have may luggages

The hotel is in the center of all You need in the city. Restaurants and amenities are just a minute walk away. The room was cozy and the hotel charming. The street is quiet, there is a very nice pool.

The staff was super nice 10/10. The breakfast was truly great freshly made pancakes and eggs, prosecco. I liked the nice touch of a Tihany lavender soap in the bathroom. Ice skating ring was super close and there is a great burger place right next to the hotel. The room was warm and we had AC to make it even warmer which is needed in these cold winter days.

Some staff need to speak English, the TV needs to have more English channels. The cupboards under the bed were full of dust when I tried to put my clothes. I cleaned them. They need to thoroughly clean the rooms, under the bed.

Breakfast was good, freshly done when you come and have breakfast. Staff hospitable , variety. Sitting outside was much better then sitting inside. Could renovate the furniture in the kitchen.

beautiful boutique hotel, 10 min walk from lake and trainstation. very nice cozy rooms, silent powerful a/c and very clean and well maintained.amazingly nice little marble pool with comfy sunloungers in parkstyle garden! staff is really attentive and warm ❤️. breakfast was really nice and well presented. definitely a must vistit when in balatonfüred!köszi!

The bathroom is not user-friendly. There is no place to put your soap or shampoo in the shower. There is no proper towel holder. The shower head is fixed at an angle, which splashes water all over the place. There is no floor mat to step on when coming out of the shower, which brings more water all over the place.

This is a beautiful hotel at an excellent location with great service and breakfast. We have been here several times and happy to come back.

We are a returning guests in this hotel. For us, this is the nr. 1 in Balatonfüred. Very good location, near to the promenade and beaches. Delicious breakfast, nice and helpful staff, on site parking and beautiful garden with swimming pool, ideal for relax. I can only recommend!

The room was below ground level and very small. Deapite its small size it had a huge desk which made moving around the room very difficult.

The service was absolutely fantastic. We were upgraded for free at check in as they had some nicer rooms available than the one that we had booked. We loved the made to order breakfast each morning and the pool and loungers area was really nice to have. The hotel was a very short walk from the marina. You could tell that the staff took a lot of pride in their hotel. Would absolutely stay here again if I was to ever return to the area.

The roomservice is not professional, thus the room is not really clean. They just make the bed and that is all. One day I had to ask them to make my room and all they did was make my bed and put new towels on bed. All old towels were left and toiletries not arranged. Many of the housekeeping are very young doing summer jobs thus do not really care. The hotel could be cleaner. No safes in rooms. No shower in my room. Tv did not work after I asked about it for a few days. On last night they managed to fix it so some Hungarian channels worked. The wifi does not work in many locations of the hotel and have different wifi for different sections of hotel.
