Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For a 4 star hotel this was disappointing. No kettle for tea or coffee in your room. Only a mini bar that charges. No iron and iron board in room. A little wear and tear. You have dressing gowns but no complimentary slippers.
The hotel was clean. Wellness access.

Spa, the swimmingpool (28 degrees) and the jacuzzi (32 degrees) were too cold for me.

Wellness is rather basic. Was not very clean when we where there. The swimming pool is in a different location than the sauna. I was rather disappointed in the wellness since it is explicitly stated as a wellness hotel...

Difficult to navigate - very large and signage isn’t the clearest. Spa facilities were very disappointing.

The wellness area could use more thorough servicing and cleaning - should wipe the dust in the infrared sauna, the salt cave, and the locker rooms. Wellness should be relaxing. People watching videos with speaker on and people taking calls in the sauna (yes that happened) should be kicked out.
Nice spacious room with comfortable bed. So many pillows. Smiling and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Bed was too soft and there is poor sound isolation. It felt like people in the room above are going to fall through the ceiling and into my lap. There is also mandatory use of swimsuit in sauna which i found very weird.
It was very clean and staff was great. Extremely professional, helpful and always nice. Location is okay, close to the city centre. There are always some free parking spaces on the street for free.

the Wifi was not good enough for me to work. I had to use my own 4G provider.
The facilities (Spa, swimming pool, squash.... sport equipment), the location, the breakfast was very good.

The parking gate ! Sometimes, it could recognise the plate and open automatically. But for the majority of time, I had to push the emergency button, and the reception staff opened it for us.
I have been there several times on business trips. This time, I took my family cause I knew they would enjoy their time. Breakfast is great. The room for 3 was super. The spa was fine.

Unfortunately the half board was not available during my stay.
Great Hotel if you have some business in Budapest and dont want to tay in the center directly. The gym and wellness area are very good and clean. Breakfast was also nice.

The beds were hard. They charged us for bottled water, we didn’t even open a bottle. I didn’t care for outsiders using the wellness facilities. It clogged up the areas for the hotel guests.

There should be set some rules for using wellness area (mandatory showering before and after using the sauna, ban on entering the sauna with flip flops…)and there should be someone to control whether the visitors follow those ground rules.
Nice room, great breakfast, bus station across the road makes the city center easily accessible.
