The location was superb.right in the middle of vaci utva.close to all.atraction and trasnportation is so easy and you have many possibilities to choose from. The breakfast si very very good with a lot of cold and hot options(something you dont usullay find in european city hotels)the room is just enough and new woth housekeeping cleaning every day. We were really pleased as a family with a 4 year old travelling with us.

It was very hot in the room. The air conditioner doesn't work, it's a good thing it wasn't summer. When I draw the line, the hotel was satisfactory

The location is excellent in the very center of the city. The breakfast was delicious, we could add something. The bar is neat, but I missed the terrace a little.

We had an issue with the kettle in the room, it took a day to replace it.

Amazing location. Right in the middle of the Váci Street (Váci utca). Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast! We loved it!!!

Most importantly, once again I cannot connect to the internet. For a business traveler this is unacceptable. The room was extremely hot despite the cooling fan and it being a mild February stay.

The hotel is in center of Budapest!!! It’s very clean and cosy. Breakfast and dinner were amazing (to be honest, I don’t understand complains of some tourists).

First night the room was very hot, and could not be regulated, but I got another room the next night that was just fine.

The place was clean, well maintained, modern with a great location. The staff were very courteous and professional. Make sure you go for the breakfast option. It was outstanding!

Everything was superb , I would like to thanks the front desk guys to allow me to check-in 4 hours before my check in time 🙏😘 it's was really helpful, Second thing the hotel was well decorated from inside and out side, it's in the heart of the city center near by all like , shopping shops, restaurants, food street, tourist attractions, room clean and conformable. It's best hotel in Budapest.

We could have been warned about the construction going on next door. Our room was woken up by this in the morning.

I can’t think of anything negative, the hotel was superb in every aspect, and the staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The only drawback I can imagine is the uncertainty of finding a parking spot, but the city has plenty of trains, trams, buses, and cabs, so you can get around without a car.

Location is excellent if you like to be in the very center of Vaci Street, the main pedestrian only shopping street of Budapest. The Mercure City Center hotel also has very accommodating staff, that changed my room on the spot when they saw we were traveling with 5 large bags. They let us keep our big luggage securely for five days without any fee and gave us a reliable system of receipts. Every day, they made the room spotless and the cleaners were very kind. This hotel is amazing and I highly recommend it. It’s worth it for the place and the convenience of visiting Budapest.

There was a construction work near by. Some noise and access to the reception was not as usual.

The breakfast was really great. Both Hungarian traditional dishes and continental ones. It is really worth to pay! Location is just great, you do not have to take taxis or trams, just walk and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
