There was some confusion with our booking at first so we got a different apartment than we booked but the host managed to sort it out quite swiftly.

Clean, spacious, close to the Balaton, kind host. The kids liked the trampoline and the tennis court was fun too. The pools look fun too, but unfortunately they weren't open yet.

Comfy and cozy house to have a rest in a travel by car. Good that there is a kitchen to cook and drink warm tea and coffee. The owner was friendly and kind during arrival, showed us the property. The location is quite, but very close to the road, so it’s a perfect choice for travelers.

Bit worn out furniture and not the cleanest dishes. Expect to get a little cold during autumn. Some little essentials were missing (sugar, lighter..., probably taken by some guests and have not been updated).

Very big apartment, a lot of extra free infrastructure (swimming pool, playground, tennis, grill, parking...), very good price in the region, responsive owners, possible late check in

After booking confirmation I was trying to contact the host to ask for the late check-in. Didn’t get reply in messages and phone didn’t respond. I’ve Contacted host via email and they agreed to make check-in at 23:15. When i arrived at 23:15 nobody was there and they didn’t left me any instructions how can I get into apartment. As it was hard to find another apartment nearby at that time I’ve lost 3 hours and was forced to sleep in the car.

The bathroom was not very clean and also the floor in the whole house.

We stayed here for one night. Our small kids colud run in the garden, play football, play in sand-ground.

Many things are damaged and doesn't work properly, but what bothers me the most is a dirt. Dirty chairs, windows, walls, dishes, sticky floor, spider's webs are like everywhere. I don't wanna be rude, maybe ground floor apartments are much better, but this one had not see a proper cleanup for years. I think it's kind of disrespectful upon guest... I was planning to book this place also during our way back, now I'm glad I didn't.

Real dissapointment. I start with positives - host is very kind and outdoor space is amazing. Apartment is outdated, but it doesn't matter at all.

Kitchen dirty/sticky/old, some things never cleaned and no detergent to be seen anywhere. Garbagebin was full and with +30 degrees, so it smelled when we arrived.1 dirty kitchen towel. Chemical smell from spray against ants in kitchen? (To be found in cabinets) Ran full cycle coffeemachinr 5 times just to be sure we only drank coffee. Tap fell off kitchen sink when taking water! Airco useless, barely worked and was only 1 in kitchen, not bedrooms. Host not there to meet us, only message she would be there at 10AM next morning and that we needed to pay in cash. (We arrived in evening though) No wifi passw to be found. Rundown place, most things old and dilapidated. For that price not even worth it as a 1 day stop imo. Host came at 10 for checkout, asked if we liked it, when we said no she got shorttempered. Asked if we leave now, yes? Then pay me... She did NOT care at all about what we said. She made a comment that just because we don't like it we would still need to pay, what kind of a comment/host is that? Avoid at all cost unless you want a bed and nothing else. Were not provided a receipt. Been years since I saw something like this. How can this place have such a high score? Reviews mainly from 2019, 2020, what changed? Pictures taken very conveniently...

Pool. Saw it was cleaned in the morning. Enough beds to host 5, spacious. Quiet location.
