Ants in room Wifi spotty and didn't work on one side of the room. I asked them to fix the wifi network that didn't work and they neglected to. Place very run down. No mattress protector.

Big room. Nice staff. good value. Free water. Cleaning available everyday. Fridge in room. Good AC.

There were a lot of cockroachs in the bathroom :( and the toilet door was broken. It wasn't close. The room wasn't clean :(

The cleanliness and facilities, except for the swimming pool, could have been improved so much for guests convenience. Extra breakfast would have been nice.

The staff was really helpful. I requested for rooms changed and provided immediately. The location is amazing, easy to reach everywhere, especially downtown Denpasar.

The bathroom was a let down. Water leaked out of the extra hose and water went everywhere when you showered as there were no screens.

The location was great and so was the price. You get what you paid for.

Asked for a late checkout prior to accepting and paying for room on arrival. During extended stay was hounded for extra money. Advertised airport transport available. Was told they couldn’t do it. After locating other transport was told they could but price was more expensive.

No warm water in the shower, leaking toilet which I fixed a few times ,shower did not spray properly I oiled the toilet hinges as the door screamed when opening.

The room was close to our amenities, Sindhu market Sindhu beach.

The staff mostly were very friendly, but at my arrival they informed that they didn't had a room for me. I asked to call a manager, and told them that was too late to go elsewhere. The manager eventually called and said I could stay, and they found me a room that was smelling a lot like mould.

The toilet was broken, water was constantly flowing, flushing the toilet was problematic. It also looks like the sink is broken, as there was always a lot of water under it. The toilet door doesn't close at all. The wardrobe is dirty.

The bedroom is clean enough.

arrived there at night after long flights and they said there was no booking for me even through booking.cos confirmed my reservation, gave me my reservation code etc. had to leave the hotel and try to find accomodation late at night. the staff helped me doing it, but apparently this is not the first time that happens with this property

AC didn't work, but they changed our room. The toilet was broken and dirty, sink leaking and clogged pipes.

there was a cockroach when I arrived lying on the floor. the bed sheets had stains on them bathroom was definitely not clean clean

the location was perfect and there is a whole spa upstairs that u can make an appointment and they have special prices for you! we had a problem with the flushing of the toilet the staff fixed this immediately

It was pretty ravaged. Holes in the Wall and wallpaper coming off, spiderweb and cigarette marks everywhere. The shower had only very hot water, the toilet flush was broken and the tap didnt work propeebly.

Abian srama was fairly close to the beach and places to eat. They had hot water showers, swimmingpool, aircondition and gave us water bottles every day when they cleaned.

The hotel was very well situated to get to all the shops and bars.the young girl on reception was very friendly and helpful
