I would look into the quality of the food at breakfast. The menu looked good but the results were underwhelming (processed cheese was the low side).

We loved the location (very central to Ubud yet quiet little oasis with rice fields, birds and animals). The spa was gorgeous.

Amazing service and facilities. I have to highly commend the front desk Ibu Dwi for her outstanding service! So much patience and care with WhatsApp messaging making sure that our group of 21 ppl are well taken care of. Absolutely wonderful. We had a great stay! Thank you.

Light is so dark in the rooms, TV Signal was rubbish.

We loved this hotel! The breakfast was amazing each morning with a buffet and also you can order from the menu. We took the opportunity to hire a driver through the hotel for the day. Our driver Arjawa, took us to the Tirta temple and shared so much information and history about the location. We then went to the rice fields which again he shared lots of information around the plantation. Finally we asked to be dropped off at Cretya for a few drinks where Arjawa picked us up and took us back to the hotel. It was a great morning and made our trip to Ubud!!!

A few things have changed since we stayed in 2019. Staff - Quite a high turnover and most seem to be very young and inexperienced. Breakfast - This was a real highlight 5 years ago and one of the reasons we wanted to return. Previously, the a la carte breakfast had lots of exciting and exotic dishes but no more. It is much more the standard international options. For that reason, we probably would stay elsewhere if we return to Bali. Complimentary afternoon tea - this was previously available every day but this time we were only entitled to one in our 3 night stay. Noise - We were disturbed one night at around 10.45 by a lot of noise from the room above. When I investigated, it was the hotel's cleaners making up the room and moving furniture around. It didn't seem a very considerate thing to be doing, given the time.

Stayed 5 years ago. Still a very nice and stylish resort and well located. Picturesque and good facilities. Staff very helpful and welcoming. The free yoga was appreciated.

The only problem I had was the tv, it was not working and it took 2 maintenance people to come and fix for over 30 minutes. They decided to replace the tv.

Absolutely a spa like hotel. When arriving you feel really invited and at peace. I love how the value for money gave an exceptional hospitality & room. I booked the double bed room and did not expect to be a luxury bath tub, rainforest shower within the room. It felt very luxurious!

The only thing I would say is the hotel room is very dark and as a woman I noticed there wasn't much light (mainly when doing my makeup).

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and it is such a beautiful hotel. The location is great, very central but also very quiet and peaceful when you're in the hotel. Gardens are beautiful and maintained. Swimming pools are lovely and refreshing. Rice fields are a really nice, authentic touch. We only ate here for breakfast and it was always really good quality and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel is kept very clean and the room was always cleaned. Beds were very comfortable.

The bedsheets did not feel fresh & clean on our first night so we got them to change it the next day. There was no power point on one side of the bed, it will be better to have on both sides for us.

I saw the hotel when i went to Bali 6 months ago, I like the location as its close to all the restaurants and yoga barn to do my yoga. I informed the hotel that it was my wedding anniversary and they decorated the bed beautiful on our check in and even gave a cake for our celebration. On top of that they gave a a photo shoot session for the occasion which was nice. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea on one of the days of our stay. Oh, one evening, the housekeeping came by to offer as extra water and other toiletries which we may need.. I think this was quite thoughtful.
