The only thing I would say is the coils being burnt in our space was an irritation to my chest as I can't do strong smells but I also understand the reason for them. We just needed to advise them of my concerns.

The service was amazing, always so polite and wonderfully helpful. The room was so lovely and the location was brilliant for us! The breakfast included was exceptional! Loved the pool!!!

Parts of the villas were a little tired and poorly touched up. The bath had lots of cracks in it , had some mould around the base and the cold water tap didn’t work . Kitchen had virtually no utensils or plates , and there were no wine glasses . Fridge had a nasty smell .

Really friendly kitchen and grounds staff . Excellent breakfast with staff going through extra mile to look after and accommodate our needs when we developed Bali Belly for a few days . Private pool was bigger and better than expected / it made the holiday. Lovely green outside area.

We had an amazing stay at the Aria Exclusive Villas and Spa. We were warmly greeted with a welcome drink and taken to our villa that exceeded our expectations! It was exactly as seen in photos and such a lovely space to have to ourselves. The bathroom was amazing and even though it was an indoor/outdoor bathroom, each night housekeeping came to turn down the bed, spray and ensure the mosquito coil was lit. The staff here were all incredibly friendly and attentive and the breakfast was delicious! We ordered a picnic one day which was served to our room in a cute basket, with a blanket, a range of snacks from the restaurant and fruit. The pool was lovely and not only has sun loungers but a lovely covered lounge area too. Perfect stay!

I loved everything and would not change a thing.

The staff was always helpful, polite and kind. The room was arranged sometimes twice a day (the first service during the day and the second when they came to leave it ready to go to sleep with the net set up, more mosquito repellent coils, water and the private pool clean. Additionally they would add a leaf with a good night message!). It was private, clean and cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone that would like to spend time at Seminyak, not only for all of the described above for the great location. We spent part of our honeymoon there and could not have ask for a better place!

Location was great - close to everything you need but down a quiet street so slightly away from the hustle and bustle. Safe to walk at night and easy to catch transport. Breakfast - also great, many options on the menu and each one just as delicious. Breakfast also included a buffet of toast, pastries and fruit as well as fresh juices. Accom - the villa was perfect. clean and tidy, has everything you need. the pool was amazing. room and pool cleaned everyday. complimentary water restocked everyday and the staff come around in the evening to re light mozzie coils and prepare the bed for the evening with mosquito nets and to fold back the sheets. Staff - the friendliest, most helpful and delightful staff. always so polite and happy to have a chat. could not of done more for us, always offering to carry bags, checking that everything was okay with the room and food and happy to book tours/cars to get around. Thankyou guys so much for the most wonderful stay!!

There is nothing that I have not liked. Everything was perfect in this hotel.

This hotel is the most beautiful I have ever been to before. It is very clean, well maintained, very spacious. The room with private pool and all the facilities was perfect. The cleanliness of the room and order was magnificent. The bed was very clean, comfortable, the pillows were very soft. The pool is very clean and heated with hydromassage service. The bathrooms are very clean, beautiful and have everything you need. Lots of plants and decorations inside the private resort, I really loved everything. They gave us juices upon arrival, they left us fresh fruit and cookies in the room. Spectacular breakfast, very delicious with a variety of options. The staff very friendly and helpful. I have truly spent one of my best vacations enjoying this hotel.

The location is not really in Seminyak - it is a little out of the way. It is at least a 30 mins walk or taxi ride into the main centre of Seminyak, having said that - there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Welcome was vert friendly, villa is a great size, and very private. Pool is large and lounge area both inside and outside was great. Breakfast very generous and all of the staff we met were super friendly. Very quiet and nice to relax inside the private villa.

The villa and all areas were very neat and good looking. The only I felt could have been taken care was a large stain below the table. Its a small thing but would have been perfect if that is handled please.

The swimming pool floor in the villa was dirty but I never got a chance to let the staff know about it so only used it the once.

Villa was lovely, staff were friendly. Location was great and the breakfast was tasty, everything was perfect and the staff are very hospitable and friendly. the villa is located close to restaurants and is central so very good location for everything. highly recommended and would definitely stay here again when I go back next to Bali
