the Indian restaurant Ganesha was not able to manage the guests and we experienced a delay of over an hour for our order, finally we walked out without eating there. Also they should improve their laundry service, as they spoilt my childs clothes which we gave for washing.

The facilities in general were very good at the property. My child really enjoyed the splash pool and beach

The room was a little run down and old. The water in the shower didn't drain well. The check in was very slow

There could have been more signs around to help with understanding the layout of the hotel. There are signs but they don't carry on once you've followed the initial direction. For such a large resort signage is important. Also there is 24/7 room service but no phone to call room service and no clear way of making an order. They have a whatsapp but it went responded to so it seemed pointless to have an IM tool and not keep up with the messages.

The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms have separate shower/baths which we really enjoyed. The view we had was the carpark so not great but I believe we could have paid more for a room with a better view. The hotel is very big and it took a while to understand the layout.

The main thing that let the resort down was the service at the pool bars and meal service. Not enough staff and also seemed like the people cooking did need further help. A lot of people walked away and they could sell many more drinks and food with better service. More than 1 hour for children to get a meal is way too long!

Breakfast was good with enough variety for everyone. Pools clean and a bit too warm, often too many chairs being held by people not at the pool. Beach was clean and plenty of lounges for everyone to enjoy

The hotel is beautiful. Clean, close to the Bali collection, great breakfast variety. The staff are wonderful. Shout out to our driver organised by the hotel, Ketut, Yos Manager at the breakfast bar, Ngurah and Yoggy at the reception. All wonderful people.

Large pool temperature could have been cooler but not sure this is achievable

Loved the traditional architecture and balinese background music at breakfast. The many water features internally and externally. The lawn that meets the beautiful sandy beach The wonderful staff inclusive of cleaners, waitresses and waiters and management.

Location: the hotel is located on a beautiful sandy beach, the water is clean and you can also swim in the sea. Breakfast was good.

breakfast was nothing special, coffee was not very good. Our room was too dark and in the morning we could hear everyone passing in the corridor.

This was our 4th time here. The breakfast is wonderful and would suit anyone's particular first meal of the day needs. It's really nice that there are three different pools plus of course the beach. A walk through the gardens is always nice too.

Can improve on breakfast buffet varieties and taste. Do invest in better hairdryers. Lift broke down n had to climb all the way to my room on 5th floor. Hotel not able to get lift to work and so had to request room change to a lower floor.

The 2 pools were great. Direct access to the beach. Plenty of sun decks n lounge bed. Comfortable bed n big room size with balcony

Resort is little tied in need of some renovations, but overall clean and tidy. Also, resort is lucking of food varieties as Japanese and Indian are only restaurants. There is beach club with some simple dishes, but they need to provide more varieties if they want to keep customers in the resort for dinner. From time to time, they have special night with Balinese food and entertainment and those are the best.

Beautiful and clean resort with best beach just in front of it. Good breakfast with lots of choices of westerns as well as Asian food. Perfectly manicured grounds with lots of available activities like daily yoga. All in all, highly recommended.

Getting a bit dated and for Aus$178 a night a bit expensive for a 3 star facility. Well I think it is a 3 star facility anyway

The location to Nusa Dua reef to surf, the friendly staff and I even met the GM on Nyepi who was quite approachable

There was nothing that we didn't like. Although some things in the room didn't work but were attended to immediately. Although there are much better resorts we have stayed in, for the price, it was perfect. One can't compare this resort with others that are twice the price. I would definitely recommend this resort and would gladly stay here again.

The resort is old but beautiful. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful, however on par with other resorts we stayed at the variety wasn't on par. The room was clean and smell free although it does show it's age, especially the bathroom. The pools, beach and the gardens are clean and beautiful. More than sufficient supply of sun lounges. The service at any part of the resort was excellent and nothing was too hard for the staff to satisfy one's needs. The location was perfect, everything was within a short stroll.

The air conditioning was poor in my room - given I went in low season, I can only imagine how much worse it will be later in the year. The room did look a little tired but I know they are mid renovation. I missed having the option of entertainment in the evenings - there is Balinese dancing twice a week but comes with an expensive dinner. The public areas especially main reception could really use some fans!

The property is a beautiful place with Balinese charm. The place is large with 3 pools and a long beach, lots of loungers. The pool towels were huge - amazing! The staff were wonderful and couldn't help enough. The hotel responded to queries quickly and efficiently and things were resolved. Really appreciated the Palace benefits especially the daily laundry and cocktail hour. Plenty of water provided in room daily.

We had to leave in 4 days, wish we could stay longer

Beach was clean and kind of private with good amenities to enjoy beach area. There were atleast 3 pools so quite a few options. Breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from

Customer service was excellent. Very close to the Nusa Dua conference center. I loved the breakfast and beach experience. Air conditioning in the rooms was a life saver as Bali was quite humid during my stay.
