Lovely spot in Seminyak with friendly staff who go above and beyond and communicate well online and in person. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. We had an issue with one of the rooms shower and it was quickly fixed.

Great location, not a far drive from airport, good for arrival or departure stays, near main street, local store just outside property for your water/ snacks/ beers etc., and the beach just a short walk away.

Two things... We are a vegan couple. We understand that not everyone caters for that but I did give them notice prior to arriving and we were promised extra things at breakfast and it just didn't happen. However, there was enough for us to make do (which was fine). Second Thing... As a tourist, I don't like when people take pictures or videos. One of the male staff members was doing this while I was in the pool. Asking guests before taking pictures would have been appreciated.

It is a very nice place to stay. The gardens were beautiful, and the pool was lovely. There was a beautiful buffet in the mornings. The accommodation was very lovely. All in All, a good stay.

The walk or drive into the area, realise work is being done but the road needs to be updated, more lighting when walking home & the noise (jackhammers) from renovations behind was a bit annoying.

The rooms are a bit dated (especially in the bathroom) but they are clean. The hotel is situated at the end of a long alley and with our kids we would have preferred something closer to the main road. Unfortunately the location of the property on the website is a bit off and shows that the property is closer to the main road than it actually is. (5 mins walk to main road)

Loved the pool area and the gardens throughout the property. The breakfast buffet and the restaurant were also wonderful. The staff was kind and very helpful. We had a wonderful time and would recommend

I didn't like the small wooden windows, which gave no protection from mosquitoes when opened and had very little natural light coming in. I would've enjoyed my stay more if the room had normal windows.

Everything was really good but they changed our towels everyday even though they were not on the floor

The staff was really friendly, I was celebrating my friend's birthday and they helped me organise a little flower bouquet and a little cake for her day. The staff was definitely the highlight of the place

Wifi did not reach the rooms but in main area comfortable places to sit and use the wifi close to reception. No problem really.

Atmosphere was very relaxing. Enjoyed the food and pool. Excellent service

Hotel showing signs of wear and tear, especially the pool area. The walls of the pool are mouldy and unsightly as are the bed cushions, although I did see them being disinfected in the morning. Still unpleasant to lie in, definitely need replacing.

For the price, I had a decent sized room, a comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi and television. Breakfast was an extra small amount, but worth it for the price, without being exceptional. Hotel provided free transport to the airport which was greatly appreciated. Friendly staff. The villas are of a higher standard than the room I stayed in.
