Maybe little bit expensive for Bali. They have a pool but u can not entry night time, after 6pm prohibited. If u don’t wanna see a bug or etc. thinks twice beacuse of they bathroom it’s outside the village

Unexpected gem - this hotel is nestle in a fabulous location with a cafe out the front and beautiful little pool area - the room was very spacious and luxurious with open top shower

The villa we stayed at was amazing.. it was very big, spacious, clean and with good amenities. The private swimming pool and the beautiful well manicured garden was great. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, nothing was never too much to ask. The staff even made me feel extra special for my birthday, surprised me with flowers and decorated my room with towels arts.. the location is also very good. it was just amazing overall.

Things that need improvement - Due to the nature of location, could see lizards around. Something needs to be done - The Wacko cafe has very limited veg breakfast options. Forced to consume fruits, nutella on almost all the days. - TV channels channels can have more options

The rooms were sufficiently big and the villa were kind enough to upgrade us for free. The facilities including kitchen and pool were really good. Comfort in terms of refrigerator, cooking stove, oven , etc were really helpful Rooms had enough amenities including locker Washrooms were clean, with enough toiletries.

Unfortunately I walked in on the room being serviced one day and saw the pillowcases being changed and a large stain on my pillow. This led me to think that hygiene standards were questionable

The location could have been a bit closer to main part of Seminyak but was only a quick bike ride.

The staff were very accommodating and welcoming and could not have been nicer the whole trip.

The Villa had a pool that was exclusive and was phenomenal to swim there at peace. very comfortable room, and the bathroom with the open sky made it even more alluring. This is the second time I am staying here, and it's a wonderful place to visit. The restaurant up front, make a delicious cold coffee milkshake!

No hot water. Ok during daytime but too cold to shower at night.

Really beautiful, both the room and facilities. Helpful and kind staff, always saying good morning etc. They did not have room left with double bed, so got an upgrade. Had a outdoor seating area, good size room and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Garden in the front and back. No insects.

The only thing i would say is that the microwave wasn’t working but other than that no problem.

The property is near the shops, restaurants and only a few minutes drive from beaches and clubs. The staff were very friendly always have smiles on their faces. The room we stayed at was very nice and relaxing also it its cleaned everyday. They even let us check out late because we had an evening flight which was very helpful for us. Thanks bali ayu and i will see you again. :)

The property has great location! Literally everything was so close. Right next to it are many beautiful restaurants with really delicious food. The cafe where breakfast is served also do really good food. Loved the very clean swimming pool & it was always empty 😁 Bike rental on the doorstep, same with money changing shops.

The air conditioning didn’t work well. Would’ve preferred if there was a ceiling fan. Some furniture was a bit dated but it was a small matter.

Great location nearby happening areas. Villa feel was lovely and spacious enough. Plunge pool was just perfect.

There was no corkscrew in our Villa to open our wine but the lovely staff tracked one down for us. 🤩

Private pool - very clean and good size. Bathroom layout and feel. Very quiet with no noise’ our Villa was right up the back of the block. The whole Villa had that traditional Bali feel.

Not into cats, and there were many kittens outside our villa. But it wasn't that a big issue.

It's situated near the cafes we wanted to visit during our time in Seminyak - Coffee Cartel, Kynd, Expat, Baby Revs and the prettiest spa place, Bodyworks. We love how lush the area is too and how spacious our room is. The staff were all very helpful too. We had to leave at 4am and their staff assisted in carrying our bags from our villa to the entrance. Overall...we loved our experience here.

Pool bar was shut. Place was lovely. A bit old decor. Coffee and tea at breakfast was limited so we bought outside the free selection.

Bathroom at Villa need to be updated. Floors needed to be scrubbed n lots of cracks along the bathroom tub. Shower head not working properly. Hot water n cold water not discharging in order. Either too hot or too cold. Tap head needed to be changed . Bath towels too old need to be replaced with new ones. Thanks
