The room was exactly as in the pictures, spacious and very clean (despite the open air bathroom). The location is a bit remote compared to other accommodations, but we found that positive, as closer to the main streets it can be noisy. We rented bikes from the hotel so it was only 5 min ride from the restaurants and bars. The staff was also very helpful.

Stayed here 11 years ago and it was amazing, stayed here again and it was even better. Still the same beautiful, big clean rooms, but now there is the added bonus of a gorgeous pool and lush, jungle garden. All the staff were always friendly and attentive (big shout out to Nia who was amazing), and they helped me with renting a bike and finding alternative accomodation when I wanted to extend but they were fully booked. There was a reason why I came back to Coconut Garden Resort and I will definitely be back again someday! Thankyou!

Exceptionally friendly staff. It’s located 1.6 km away from the center which makes it perfect if you want to stay away from hustle bustle but also can quickly get to enjoy the same using bicycle which is arranged by the hotel at a cost. Clean pool and good breakfast

One of the BEST places we have stayed. So much attention to detail, we wanted for nothing. The room itself had plenty of space and was kept very clean. The air conditioning was great, as was the wifi connection, which is sometimes a rarity in Indonesia. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and provided us with lots of helpful information. Bike hire here was very easy and useful! Restaurant on site is great, especially for breakfast. Such a beautiful place, we were very happy to spend Christmas here. Wish we could have stayed longer! Overall this place gets a 10/10 from us!

The push bikes provided were not well maintained, they were riddled with rust and dirt that came off onto our clothes whilst riding. Bikes also did not have torches/ lights so riding during the dark was near impossible and dangerous. The gears on the bikes did not work. The resort was in the middle of the island away from the main strip of Gili, it took approximately 15 minutes by bike to ride into town. Not suitable for people who have difficultly with physically demanding exercise, especially with the heat.

Beautiful resort, luxurious feeling, beautiful gardens and great food from the cafe. Wonderful staff that we cannot fault.

After a good rain it can be hard to get back to the resort by bicycle (especially for non-cyclists), large puddles and muddy roads. But it is also the charm of the island.

It feels like a hidden gem of Gili T! Far enough from the loud party noises and as a non-Muslim from the sound of the mosque, but close enough (for me) to explore all the nice things the island has to offer by bike. Extremely friendly and helpful personnel. Wonderful room and pool, but fell in love with the bathroom! I booked an extra night on the spot. And thank you for letting me use the bicycle to get to the harbor after my stay, as I personally did not want to use a horse and carriage.

The menu could have more options and it would have been amazing to have had mosquito nets as we always had hundreds in our room. It was a little trek to the main part but that wasn’t a big issue however it was close to their “dump?” Which was so sad to see.

Our room was amazing, very clean and the whole resort beautiful and green. The staff was super friendly and made us feel like we’re at home - when arriving we got the best tips (snorkeling, restaurants etc.). The breakfast was amazing (especially the pancakes) and also great coffee beverages. The hotel is located in the middle of the island so it’s very quiet but everything is easy accessible.

The fact we had to leave!

It's an outstanding gem of a resort! We've travelled all over the world and been to Gili-T three times, and without a doubt, this is the best place we've ever stayed. It is an oasis with wonderful staff who are genuinely kind and always greet you with a smile and a personal touch. The food is incredible (best Thai red curry I've had!) The rooms are beautiful, spacious and airy. Alissa organised our fast boat over to Gili T in addition to one back from Gili Air and "S" on reception is a genuine delight to talk to. If you want a wonderful stay in a quiet location, look no further!!

It is not located walking distance to the busy area of Gili T, however if you don’t mind a 10/15minute cycle then it’s okay. Do not order the garlic bread unless you want raw garlic on bread (aware this may be some peoples preference) The first room we had was a lovely wooden hut but the air con wasn’t great however the second room we had booked was more modern and had great air conditioning.

It is so peaceful and quite and the pool area is ideal for relaxing. Staff were very helpful especially when we booked our snorkelling tour. The more recently refurbished huts rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are stunning!

The hotel was fabulous, but for us, the location was a little far out. If the hotel was a 10 min walk closer to the beach/bars it would be perfect!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and informative from the moment we arrived. They were welcoming and ensured we felt at home. One staff member also helped us outside of the hotel, which shows how caring they are.
