Very dated and not clean. The room smelled like toilet and the toilet had a very strong smell.

Great location. Beautiful grounds, very well kept, very nice gardening. Villas are beautifully designed in local style. Rooms are large and spacious.

Great and beautiful accomodation,nice, big pool with beds, placed at the sand beach close to nice corals for snorcheling. Very kind and helpful staff. Amazing garden. We really liked the place and can just recommend it.

Located right on the beach but the many fishing vessels dominate the beach and they run a which from the early hours which is rather loud of the front villas

Beautiful and clean and right on the beach where you can snorkel. Loved watching the fishing boats in the morning.

The bathrooms can get a bit smelly from the septic system.

The spacious lush tropical garden and beautiful pool are adjacent to the beach which makes for a peaceful setting. We stayed in a freestanding garden bungalow which although not on the beach was more private and quiet, which we preferred. The architecture blends well with the garden.

The two story villa we stayed in had a lot of mosquitoes which came in through gaps around the windows and doors.

The ability to go snorkelling directly in front of our villa was something truely special. Would love to come back again.

Well there are animals living in this area like gekkos, cockroaches and salamanders. It could be that you meet them;) on the upper floor you hear also noises during night time because of the thatched roof.

This place is a Juwel right next to the beach. The personal is very friendly and helpful with all issues. It‘s easy to book a boot trip or rent equipment for snorkeling. Don’t forget to bargain even it’s directly at the hotel;) The first thing we saw in the water was a turtle swimming next to us:) The corals are just close by! We were happy!

The doors where a little difficult to open/close with the key. Gaps around doors and windows let in mozzies. Bathroom towels were old and small, but the pool towels are good.

Fantastic location. The snorkelling off the beach is amazing, saw a turtle just on the reef next to the villas. Beautifully maintained gardens and pool area. All rooms have a lovely outdoor seating area, with table and chairs, plus sun loungers. Fresh fish and fruit.

Beautiful tropical garden on Lipah Beach, with a very pretty pool area. The individual little bungalows are comfortable and have very nice semi outdoor bathrooms. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The location was perfect. Right at the beach surrounded by a beautiful garden. Great snorkeling in front of the hotel. No boat necessary, but it is also nice to go on one of the boats that are located in front of the hotel for a snorkeling trip a little further away. Staff is very friendly. The swimming pool is very nice too. We very much enjoyed our open air bathroom too (though there is a toilet inside as well). The 2 bedroom house has plenty of room for a family of 4. Breakfast is basic, but good. We also had a few other meals in the restaurant, which were also good.

A lovely place with very friendly staff. The villas are of good size, nicely spaced in a well-maintained garden with a centrally located pristine pool surrounded by palms. Some villas are right on the beach, with two natural reefs to explore by snorkelling. There are also plenty of trips you could take on the Balinese fishing boats. Made, at the reception, was very accommodating, organising our bike rides, snorkelling rental and a longer trip by car to explore the attractions of Bali. All up, it is a place we would gladly visit again.

Lush tropical grounds, a beautiful location in Bali’s most kind hearted and laid back stretch of coast. The family villa was perfect for us, literally meters from the Sandy beach and world class snorkelling. The restaurant was first class, with truly delicious options all locally sourced and made. But the greatest treat of this place is the wonderful staff. They all became friends and our interactions with them was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. Suksma ping bunget!!!
