Not very clean, very tired facilities, it consistent with daily turndown and cleaning of rooms. Sometimes failed to leave fresh towels, but took the used ones away. Slow to respond to fix the problem. Faced that issue many times

The building is old, they should renovate it, do some painting and fix some rusty around the hotel.

Good location and room. We stayed in 2 bedrooms unit and the place was always cleaned by staff. Pool was ok too, just not suitable to stay with kids all the time, has to move to kids area where there is no shade.

It is a little bit aged and we did have a flooding issue in one of the rooms after heavy rain. Staff cleaned and dried our wet clothes free of charge so that was great. Some issues on the balcony with the electrical wiring which (in my Elecricians view) is not entirely safe, let alone child safe. These issues were rectified by the staff to the best of their ability when the issue was identified to them.

Had a 3 bed Ocean View Penthouse. Magnificent space with a great view.

Pool area needed a bit of an overhaul - probably just better to go to the beach.

Rooms were very large, bedrooms and living areas, making it great for our family of four. Plenty of space for lots of luggage and also for adults to be up after kids asleep.

The pool was closed which was why we booked this place. Wouldn't have paid the money for it if I was aware when booking. We got vouchers for the restaurant to compensate, then were told our meals couldn't be covered with vouchers. The food, drinks and service at the restaurants was pretty mediocre outside of breakfast.

The room was really nice and clean, we got an upgrade because the pool was closed, so was probably nicer than what we were supposed to have. The balcony sitting area was nice, except the view of the pool under construction. Buffet breakfast was excellent and nice staff. Good location with beach close by and shops and restaurants.

I arrived hotel at 3 PM and I must wait for 1 hour to get my room which is ridiculous and I asked something and the staff put in the wrong room ,reception staffs whether lack of staffs or no coordination or not good communication between them I don’t know

Our amenities weren't replaced regularly in our room. Water, towels etc. That is the only criticism I have. The rest of the stay was great

Open shower means water everywhere in the bathroom. The pool and part for kids in very bad shape and you can feel and have on your swimsuit rust from pipes. Indoor playground extra paid but need a renovation too and higher AC. It is not okay when all kids are sweat because it is too hot. The last problem is the toilet in the bar the deck. No AC means that you are sweat from only being in. Extra money for bottle Waters which were in the kitchen.

Facilities are dated. Swimming pool and decking definitely needs a revamp. Furniture in the room such as the sofa needs to be replaced. It’s getting dirty (and sticky) which affected the overall aesthetic of the room. May need to increase the number of staff for room cleaning. It took quite a wait to get the room cleaned up although the cleaning staff was movering around different rooms.

Location is good. Easy to locate. It’s near to the beach and accessible to many other eateries and mart. Room is spacious.

i liked the kids slides and play area, the 1 bed room was great size. Breakfast needs a change every now and then it was the same food every day.

The only thing that was a pain was the shower, it always flooded the bathroom. Not a big deal but then we had to keep asking for extra towels.

This hotel was in a great location had everything we needed, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would totally stay here again. would also recommend this hotel to family and friends. A+++

Only gripe I had was at check-in, I had booked the One bedroom suite, but staff tried to give me the Studio room.. clearly different from pictures and I complained. They agreed but had to wait for the new room to be cleaned. Would stay here again though.

Amazing location, steps to the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Facilities like pool easy to access and staff very friendly and attended to my requests swiftly. I stayed in the one bedroom suite, large sized room with separate lounge room and kitchen, like an apartment.
