Outdoor ambiance very plain, around the pool the walls were cracked/maybe not safe with tiles falling off.

The staff and Ryan were amazing and looked after all our needs. The breakfast was delicious, our room was spacious and we had a really comfortable king size bed. Lots of hot water and big rain shower. So good we are coming back in April.

AC was first night very loud so I couldn't sleep. Next day they changed my room where AC worked properly. First day WI-FI was interrupted, second day repaired. Few times electricity was cut-out but restored after some time....All in all there were technical problems during my stay in this property.....

The owner - Jan, & the staff - Mala, Ryan & Gus are a great crew. Really friendly and happy. Always there to help. I felt very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I even booked a few more days as I felt so at home. Simple light breakfasts available - I even shared some Marlin & rice with Jan. Very nice indeed.

The pool was murky and gross. I was planning to photoshoot in it but didn’t even dip my toes. The extra bed had springs coming up. I just laid on my side and wrapped around them but it could use a mattress topper or something.

The hotel is off the main road and impressively quiet for how busy gili T has become. The staff was super lovely.

Big room, big bathroom. Love the ceiling fan, no need to use air conditioner. Staff were offering cleaning and fresh towels. Good coffee in the pool bar. Cheap laundry service.

Wanted to charge extra 3% paying by carf ehich I protested because if I arrived late I had expected yo be charged as per confirmed amount. Photos misleading as gym is a public gym, not onsite. Bed not made up nect day. Only on request. Towel not changed. Water not replenished. Bathriom wet because of no service. Distance is quite far from attractions without cycling whuch took 8 min. So if walking after drinking it is a challenge or even riding back. No suitable to stay for partying.

Value for money from price point. Polite staff. Nice pool to chill. Vold beers available.

The location was good, a very short walk to the beach and nice and quiet. The pool was repressing and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The room was spacious.

The property is nice, sample but close to everything. The pool is nice. The breakfast is a traditional Balinese one, and was delicious.

The owner (what we believe to be the owner) was loud and obnoxious, and on multiple occasions we were subjected to listening to his horrible attitude when speaking to the staff working there. Our room was right above the reception. He asked staff ‘are you stupid’ along with speaking about their pay scale and bonuses, which we thought was highly inappropriate and not a way to speak to staff, regardless of guests present there or not. Despite our interjection to ask for water, the ‘giving out’ per se, only paused until we left the area, when he again continued speaking loudly to his staff. Not a nice experience for guests nor for his staff.

Malla & Ryan were excellent hosts, with great communication skills. They could not have done enough for us and were always on hand to be accommodating for any of our needs.
