It was a little noisy early morning in the hall ways. There also could be healthier options for the kids menus. Dips and cut up vegetables?

The resort was a kids heaven, easy for my family unwind and relax. It was open and breezy.

The rooms were pretty old furnished. Obvious rotting odour inside the rooms. The towels given at the pool had unpleasant smell.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, offer some activities for kids and adults. Clean beach and pools, awesome infinity pool.

I didn’t like having to walk along the beach to get to the main resort from family paradise. It would be better if there was a dedicated thoroughfare away from the local vendors. I also found that it was impossible to get the room temperature to suit all 4 of us. My husband and son were comfortable but my daughter and I were cold and it would have been good to have the option of an additional blanket in the room.

The property was in a beautiful location, immaculately kept and well set out.

The pools were really hot! It was like swimming in a bath! The beds are not very comfortable and the blankets aren’t nice. The internet is terrible and keeps dropping out. The televisions in the rooms are mostly static with no Netflix or entertainment options for kids.

Lots of activities for kids. The all you can eat breakfast is great! There are massage therapists directly across the road who also do washing and hair braiding for cheap. There is also a convenience store across the road. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

Spa is not free of charge . Resorts are expected to offer these amenities for free .

We stayed in the family resort side of the hotel . It is kids friendly, everything is designed for the kids and families . You have a separate breakfasts hall . Your kids can mess as much as they can. It has own private beach . Staff is friendly and every staff was smiling . Kids club staff is amazing .

- continous noise of renovation work is very disturbing. - Too many flies and mosquitos. You can't even comfortably sit and have your meal at the hotel's restaurant areas. - Keep away from "family" part of the hotel. It's extremely noisy.

We regularly visit Grand Mirage already more than 10 years and keep coming back . Beautiful clean beach , very nice pools , great food , clean , and friendly staff . Nice location with many nearby shops and eateries . Good dinner shows , good efforts .

We were travelling with grand parents. We didn’t know there was a kid paradise part which we were booked into the grand parents were booked into the adult part of the hotel. It would be helpful if we knew it was 2 different hotels. One of the water slides in the kids pool is not fit for kids my 5 year old daughter hit her head on it it didn’t hurt her to much and my 8 year old cut his finger on the water slide. It was the blue one.

The mosquitoes in the afternoon was terrible. Quite uncomfortable at times.

If I really have to, we stayed on the third floor, the carpets in the hallway were stained. The games room could be upgraded, a fresh coat of paint and general tidy up. Please understand I'm not looking for faults, this is only an observation.

Breakfast was brilliant, spoilt for selection, pools and children's facilities brilliant, the all inclusive package great idea if you are staying for two or more days, we'll recommend. There really isn't any reason to leave the resort, as you have everything there to enjoy and the food choices at the restaurant's were excellent.

Work is being done in the older section and our room was next to the extreme noise. Had to move rooms and hotels because of it. We were not pre warned about noise and were disappointed that the staff expected us to stay in the noisy section. Pools are closed too early and open too late.

Not enough staff on very dated in some areas there was work going on by our room so stairways dirty and no lift and travelling with an elderly parent who fortunately could climb the stairs Needs more sun loungers or remove towels from beds
