The lighting in the room is very low makes doing activity for study or work become uncomfortable. An old paint and stained ceiling needs to be repainted to make more fresh look and ambience

Bfast entitle only one person, usually entitle for 2 person. No info since the begining when booking this room...not well communicate.

During our visit parking close to elevator was challenging. The parking way little bit narrow. The parking payment gate located in hike position. If there is few car queuing rather difficult for unskilled driver.

Room bigger than other hotel for same rate. Location easy to access. We didn't take breakfast in hotel since it's optional. But, we found many option for breakfast nearby the hotel.

The quality of harris htl is down. When my daughter still kids, i like to use many² Harris htl in Bdg pasir koja, malang, bali, sentul they were almost same quality in service and taste of breakfast. But this time my breakfast is not special. Taste is poor. And also floor is not so clean. Bed sheet has stain. There are 2 men smoking at pool. I read notice no smoking until 7pm. Badly area. Pls improve!

When we were about to checkout the receptionist didn't remind us about the free parking (we have to get the stamp on the ticket first) so we had to pay quite a lot for parking fee since it was impossible to go back when we already queueing in the parking exit. The washbasin in our room took time to empty, not clogged yet, but about to.

The room was nice, spacious, we even got to borrow babycot for free, as long as it is still available. Minimarket is super close just right across the street

Room #708 (-) a lil bit smelly on the shower drain. (-) toilet exhaust not working? (-) they took out the refrigerator from the room. I remember staying in this hotel back in 2019, and there's a fridge in the room. Now the fridge is gone, left an empty space where the fridge suppose to be there. (-) minimum light in the hallway, and the hallway carpet seems need an upgrade.

They close the child playground due to pandemic, but they didnt limit the visitor in the swimming pool. Please consider to limit the visitor on swimming pool for safety reason. But overall we love staying here. The room is huge, the bed is comfy, really easy to find food around the hotel.

The location is a bit concern since the road is over crowded, I suggest to provide one crew for arranging the hotel guest at the entrance access. The parking lot is full and I experienced it's hard to find the available parking lot.

Staff are polite and helpful, the facilities are clean and its a good value for money.

The lobby is not much attracted, however is nice and clean

The hotel is located at the hill of Ciumbuleiut (north Bandung). The area is quite calm and not busy, near several universities like, ITB,UPI and UNPAR.

dirty roam smelled like cigarettes, I could breath properly when I came they said it fully booked and they can’t give me my room I hade already booked

- NOISE: On Booking.com, it indicated that the rooms are "soundproof", however they are the exact opposite, The large rooms are an echo chamber to all the noises from the hallway and surrounding rooms (adjacent and above). From 5am onwards we were woken up by constant noises of people moving objects in rooms and the hallway, running in the hallway, talking and shouting in the hallway, doors opening and closing, telephones ringing from other rooms, etc. It was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and we could not sleep at all. - Cleanliness/Unhygienic (photo attached): For a hotel that supposedly has achieved maximum hygiene standards, we were greeted with a tray of complimentary toiletries full of FUNGUS! - Bathroom drainage (photo attached): Within less than a minute of a running shower, the shower area would flood as it was unable to drain properly and in the end you would shower almost ankle deep in your own dirty water. - Towel cleanliness (photo attached): All the white towels and bathroom mats were blotchy and stained. Unclear if they were recently cleaned or not. - View (photo attached): The city view we received was of the hotel exhausts and rather unsightly rooftops. - "Double bed": For our double bed, they simply joined 2 twin single beds and placed a double bedsheet to connect them.... while keeping both individual duvets on top! - Wi-fi (photo attached): For a Business and convention hotel (or any hotel for that matter), the wi-fi is embarrassing at only 4.57 mbps download speed. - Refrigerator bar: turns on but barely cools. Even after placing drinks over 20 hours earlier, they were barely cooler than room temperature. - Room telephone: When we tried calling reception to request the in-room safe to be made usable, there was no answer. Later the next day reception had apparently also tried to call us twice while we were in the room, yet the phone never rang!

Staff was kind but unhelpful. Nothing else was good or even acceptable. Location is not even noteworthy, with far better options available nearby.
