We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MyanmarNeed to fixed some room facilities in room. Actually I have no idea which I didn't like in there. But I travel a lot before Covid period, there is still requirement compare to some of three star hotel. I would like to give my humble ideas these are not major but should be. For example different kind of towel( small or median for face, conditioner and tea and coffee bag, ( I saw only tea bags)
I think is is good compare the price. It is better to prepare for early check out guest for breakfast. Location is also good but I think it is space limited. It has quick response for complaint.

IndonesiaThe drop off was a bit crowded so we had a minor inconvenience when we first arrived. The breakfast were not as I expected it would be. I sampled a plate of bland kueyteow and a bowl of cold porridge. In my personal opinion, warm food is the bare minimum for breakfast in a hotel with this caliber.
The location is a big plus since it's located so close to one of Jakarta's biggest malls in the center of the city. The room was properly cleaned, all the toiletries were there when we checked in, all of the basic amenities were spot on.

United Arab Emiratesthe hotel needs renovation or something, it is really old and over used, the carpet had a really weird smell, also the hotel is located just nearby the highway, so you're going to hear all the cars' noises.
Hotel's location is just perfect, only 5 mins walk to the Grand Indonesia mall! the bed was really comfortable, it just made my stay here really perfect!

MalaysiaThere is no iron and board provided in the room. I have to go to Level 2 to iron the clothes. This is convenient as this is a business hotel.
Location is good near to MRT Station and Train Station to Airport. Walking distance to the heart of Jakarta, Bundaran HI. The hotel group has certain standard of bedding and it was comfortable.

MalaysiaI stayed at the HI Express in Bangkok, Thailand and I expected the same experience with this hotel. But I have to say the one in Jakarta felt a bit run down and could use a bit of spruce up. However, I didn't face any issues and it was still quite a pleasant stay.
The hotel is located close to the MRT & train station, making it easy to move around or heading to the airport. It is also close to the malls, convenient to do some shopping. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My stay here was comfortable.
