The cleaners came late in the day and rarely topped up shampoos etc in the room, also never once restocked the room fridge. Considering the amount we paid for the rooms, and the busininess of traveling with young kids (by the time you realize they could already be in the bath without soap lol), these are things we probably should’ve not had to chase on our own. Room service was very slow (and if catering to tired kids, it might need improvement). Also, others in our travelling group had all inclusive wrist bands. We were told we couldn’t get this when we booked as it was sold out, however, another person in our group booked the week before and got it. It would’ve just made things a little easier as having to pay at every location for food (instead of charging to rooms, was a little inconvenient).

The resort was family friendly with pram accessible walking paths, the pools were outstanding and catered to a range of our families needs and the beach access was great. Our butler assistance when we needed it was helpful, thank you.

The gym facility is very poor in terms of the variety of machines, and it's tiny. The pool area doesn't have much shade area.

Good breakfast, but the coffee they serving was average. Most important that the meat they serve in all 3 restaurants is halal. Nice beach with a lot of surfboard rental. The hotel location is very quiet and perfect to avoid tourist crowds. The staff is friendly and was quick in fixing room phone and shower head leak.

Maybe the hotel is up for a refurbishment as some parts are a bit outdated but still we were satisfied with the facilities.

Beach pool didn’t have lifeguard. This was announced but it would have been better to be provided as there is a high jumping platform (2 and 4m high).

Very Friendly staff. Very nice and clean room with large bathroom. Plenty of swimming pools to choose from. Good beach facilities. Clean beach. Great variety of food for breakfast buffet. Hotel is in a resort area but within a Walking distance from Nusa Dua hotel resort gate. Easy access to eat at restaurants outside of resort area.

Breakfast spread replenishment a little slow. Might be due to long holiday where its heavily over crowded that I need to queue for a table. I was locked out of my room when I tried to get in at 11.25am after pool session before 12pm check-out. And waited 20 minutes for a staff to unlock the room door. Not a very pleasant ending while the rest were great. There is a bathtub in the room, but no bath soap or bath salt for guest to use.

Everything and everyone was good, but will need to minus 20% out of 100%. Love the bed and pillow.

You can see the wear and tear of the years on this hotel. Although it is mostly clean, a lot of things need maintenance or even renewel. Maybe once a 5-star hotel, we don‘t feel this and therefore the price is not necessarily justified. Nusa Dua itself is quite different to the other places we have visited on Bali, mostly made up of resorts and that maybe also a reason for their pricing.

A large resort, larger than we are used to. Therefore spreading people out and making it a quiet and relaxing place. Beach is really nice and breakfast had a vast variety of options. Nearby warungs/restaurants recommended for evenings - price and quality.

Huge resort on a beautiful beach for a lovely relaxing holiday. You can ride bicycles along the front promenade and stop at different resorts. Think it has the best swimming beach of all the hotels. Fabulous rooms with an awesome bathroom

The rooms were good but the shower let it down due to some mould starting to build up. There was no swim up bar and was hard to get staff attention for a drink. Would be good to be able to see the ocean from the lower pool but had too many chairs in the way and they were not being used.

THE LIGHTING in the room and bathroom is very poor. One lamp next to the bed that did not work properly is insufficient. Reading with that lighting was not possible.

The breakfast was good. Lots of Asian food but not other types of food. It would be even better if there were more different fruits. Croissants and Danish pastries were dry and not tasty. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable.

Dirty beach and sea. A lot of plastic that nobody cared of cleaning away. Would be nice to see this kind of a hotel to do some effort to keep the beach and the sea clean.

Nearby the beach with several pools to choose from. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Would recommend this hotel for families.

There were a lot of plastic on the beach (and sea) nearby. It would be nice to see that this kind of hotel with a lot of staff would make an effort to keep the sea and the beach clean.

This hotel was great for a family. We liked the variety of swimming pools and that the hotel is located next to the beach. There were several restaurants you could choose from and the prices were quite decent considering that this hotel is for the tourists. The staff were friendly and everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families as well as couples or groups.
