1. When i arrive the room was very clean but it had a peculiar smell, i thought it was just for the price that i paid. However upon requesting that my sheets would be change, the smell was already gone. (This was my main problem) 2. But when i entered the bathroom, Toilet bowl had a tinge of urine 3. For me the furnitures were a bit old, but thats technically fine as long as it’s working. May be you can update your bathroom.

Staff were smoking at reception and the lock on the bathroom door was very old and could have been updated years ago.

Huge pool and tidy accommodation. Breakfast was nice. Location is 10 mins walk from beautiful Nusa Dua beach but not too far.

Pillow case smelled of sweat as if it was not changed since the previous persons stay. Had to ask for it to be changed which they did straight away to be fair.

As mentioned in other reviews, bathrooms are dated if you are going in the garden view apartments (not pool view).

Staff are excellent, very lovely and always go out their way to assist. Location is good as can access beach within 10 minutes, whilst also being immersed in a local neighbourhood with lots of warungs. Pool is also pleasant. Recommend Ikan Bakar Vichi just down the road. Breakfast is basic but does the job, great value for money.

My bedding had a few stains on - the staff were informed of this and offered to change my bedding though so very helpful on that front. Bathroom could have been cleaner and I feel like breakfast should have been included for the price.

Lovely staff and I liked the Balinese design throughout the building. Felt very safe as a solo traveller at the time. Lots of floor space and good air conditioning and lots of storage space. Really good location- nice cafes nearby and only 15 mins walk to the main beach area and nearby shops with easy pedestrian access. Comfortable bed

Lovely calm setting and excellent value for money , great swimming pool and 10 minutes walk from beach, free coffee and tea all day ( help yourself) and cakes . Room was spacious and clean with good air con, staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was also good

The walk to Nusa Dua Beach is longer than expected because the beach access is blocked by massive resorts.

The staff were very lovely and understanding. Our baby was unwell. They checked us in right away, eventhough we needed to get our money exchanged, to pay later. We stayed in the older unit, with the garden view. It’s basic where we stayed. We would love to return next year and get the one with the pool view, as it’s newer and much nicer too 😊 The pool is wonderful. My son had a lovely time playing in the pool. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet place to hang out locally.

The original rooms are not great. Nice and clean, but older. The bathroom is the typical shower over the toilet. The rooms by the pool are fantastic. Newer and breakfast included

It is a great place. Check the room you book as the pictures are not quite clear. For a little more the rooms by the pool are excellent. This is an excellent stay. Nice breakfast each morning. Good sized pool. Really central. Markets just down the road. Really good local meals very close. Staff are super friendly and helpful

Working a bit more on the cleaning / Updating some of the furnitures

Everything, I'm not that picky when it comes to rooms especially if it's budget-friendly. As long as it's clean I am alright. But the room is adequate if not too much for my needs. Daily cleaning, Daily change of towels. But these are my favorite parts 1. The fast internet of the hotel ( Most of the time it's great and I was able to do my task during my stay) 2. The unlimited Coffee / Tea offered. Wow just wow I am still very thankful to them for offering that. They even have pastries but it's first come first served. Saved me tons of money because I didn't need to go to a cafe for that. 3. The countless warungs nearby offer affordable and delicious food. They say it's expensive in Nusa Dua but if you stay here and you're not very very "picky" with your food choices - you'll save tons here. Like TONS. 4. The staff are very welcoming and very warm. 24/7 assistance. If i'll be back in Nusa Dua - I'll stay here.

Wifi was not really good and not available at all in my room. The staff wasn't seem to be interested about this. Beach far away by foot. The nearest is in the rich hotel area.

I was told that we can upgrade the room to the pool room at check-in. When checking in I asked if we can upgrade. The guy at reception told me that the room is at the pool. I had a daughter sleeping at me so didn’t check. But the room WAS NOT at the pool :) It was on the first floor and all good, but I didn’t understand the personnel who kinda a bit lied :)

The greeting we got at reception was far from welcoming. We had negotiated a price online with the hotel and they tried to say we were in contact with another property despite the pictures being the exact same as the place we were in. We booked a room with breakfast but we couldn't get the breakfast because they only serve from 7 and we needed to leave at 7. Initially they said we could have toast and fruit at 6.30am but then changed their minds. The fridge in our room was moldy but when they couldn't get the mold off by cleaning they replaced it wit another one. The tap in the bathroom was also broken.

This hotel is in a good location within walking distance to cafes and restaurant. A little further to the beach. We booked the deluxe room with pool views after reading other reviews and we were glad we did as they were nicer than the older rooms which the hotel showed us also. The cleaning staff and lady that showed us to our room were really helpful and friendly. The pool is big and really nice and the room was a nice size.
