We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBeach club needs some love and the beach in front of it could do with a clean up. It is a slightly odd location on a very busy road but overall this didn’t matter.
Beautiful decor and big family rooms. Nice breakfast and super friendly staff. Buggy to the beach was a great touch as walking would have been less enjoyable. Spa facilities were lovely as was roof top pool for a peaceful swim

AustraliaRooms are spacious but with highly polished stairs to upstairs bedroom making going downstairs to the bathroom at night hazardous, there should be an upstairs bathroom for the high price charged. Not recommended for elderly guests or families with young children. Overpriced.

MauritiusThe air-conditioner on the first level of the room wasn't working - when the technical seemed to fix it, it only worked for a few hours until it went out again. It did get quite hot in the room and the other air-cond wasn't powerful enough. The other bad side is there were works on the floor where the spa is located, it was quite gloomy when accessing the spa via the lift.
For a 2-day stay it was exactly what I was looking for, perfect location with small shops and supermarket nearby. Easy to eat outside, there are a few restaurants nearby. Beach is not far. The duplex room was very comfortable and perfect for a romantic getaway. Big pool, water was perfect. Bed was very comfy, all amenities were available for a 5* hotel.

NetherlandsThe swimming pools were disappointing. In the garden there are two small swimming pools, one without beds and the other one has a few beds without any shade so it’s not inviting. On the 3rd floor there is a swimming pool as well but it’s surrounded by rooms and there are, for instance, no plants. There is no pool service so you can’t order drinks or food at the pool. There is no room service. You can go downstairs and order food at the restaurant but there is no phone in the room to order. The breakfast is OK but I would expect better from a 5 star hotel.
The rooms were big with a nice bed and bathroom.

United StatesThe only downside to the hotel is that on one side, there is a busier road, which has a lot of traffic noise at all times of day and night and the rooms are not well sound isolated. The beach club facility did not open until around 11:00 am, and we found earlier was the nicest part of the day on the beach.
Kupu Kupu is located about a 10 minutes walk (2 mins drive) from Jimbaran beach on a side road and has access to a beach club facility, which is nice given it is not right on the shore. The decor is outstanding throughout, the staff friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and garden space is quite pleasant. We did not try the spa facilities. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

The people is absolutely amazing and caring, always prepared to help in every circunstance. The breakfast has many choices, all of them very tasteful and complete. The space is very confy and nature friendly. We love the inside gardens and the pools. The room was big and well prepared with everything needed to relax and enjoy.

We stayed in one of the 4 Villas at the rear. The Villa and furnishings were absolutely beautiful. Very spacious room. The breakfast was good, sometimes A’La Carte other times Buffet. Not extensive but sufficient and tasty. The staff here were excellent and extremely friendly. 5 Star no but a nice place. The Bulls Head Steakhouse just down the road is well worth a visit. Thanks again to all the staff.

United KingdomThere is work being done so can be noisy at times, the hotel is not fully opened as some of the amenities are closed. It can do with a clean in certain areas when you access the restaurants from the hotel as it is quite dusty. I was not too impressed with the beach club as it looks worn out and should be updated. The towels I got had been used and were damp when I questioned this they did get some new towels from the hotel - need to upgrade on the hygiene front. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel - I would at a push rate this at a 3.5 star hotel.
The staff are very nice and the location is only a 5 mins from the beach. We stayed in the duplex villa which was spacious and pool was right outside which was very convenient.
