The hotel was old, there were cracks in the concrete, old bed sheets, algae in corners, aircon leaking, etc.

I asked about the free shuttle the day before my arriving and got the message on WhatsApp it is to late to organise a driver. My room has not been cleaned and when I went back from a trip in the evening I found the written message under the door that I left the information" do not disturb" which one I did not leave.

It was a really nice time at your hotel. Breakfast amazing. Did not use a swimming pool. The room and the bathroom in Bali style, very comfortable but needs to be renovated. The staff very friendly and helpful. An amazing Balinese massage. Thank you very much.

Pool had a bit of a slimy feel on the walls. Beautiful pool but probably needs a good clean.

The staff were wonderful. Every interaction with the staff, they went above and beyond and always with a smile. Our daughter was sick on the day of our departure and they extended our room so she could rest in bed longer.

No direct access to beach. Staff not very well informed.

Lovely, large pool. Great air condition (family room 046), just a few steps away from the pool. Good breakfast range. Security staff at entrance were friendly at all times.

Room lights were hit and miss, some visible wear and tear nothing too major.

The pools and the beach bar are great, good location, they have complimentary, pickup and drop from the airport, the breakfast was good.

Having to change rooms late at night because of a noisy function outside our door. We didn’t arrive until after 10 pm. We changed to a room on the 3rd floor. All good.

Breakfast was the best we have had in Kuta - everything was delicious and tasty.

Building is a little dated, some external repairs were happening during our stay, bed was not very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of choice, staff were amazing and very friendly, pool was big enough you didn't feel crowded with other guests. Gym facility was also quite good.

There are not enough plug sockets in the room. They did have an extension cable but it sparked when used. Tea and coffee were not replenished in the room, and I had to ask reception each day for supplies. As our room was overlooking the main street was very noisy at night.

Bedroom was very spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fab with even the fussy catered for. Great location, great facilities. Staff at reception were very helpful.

Our first allocated room was horrible, a couple of pot plants on a roof is not garden view. However we were move to a very nice room upon complaint.

The outside of the buildings are in need of maintenance. They started fixing of the outside walls when we were there. Should look great when finished.

Breakfast was amazing. Room and hotel was very clean. Staff were great. Massage was pretty average at hotel. Pool and Gardens great.

The restaurants tied to the property were a bit expensive for Bali.

That we only were able to recieve 1 bottle of water a day per person, 2 or 3 would have been nicer. Although, this was not a big issue as there is a corner store across the road which sells cheap 5L bottles of water. Maybe just for the day of arrival and the second day more water would be appreciated.

Breakfast was amazing, the room was lovely and the staff were the best part about it. It was fun getting to talk to the gym staff about mma and getting to know the chef who made me and my friends eggs every morning. The massage was wonderful and food was absolutely incredible.

Great value for money. The hotel is older but it was clean and all amenities were available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing lots of options!
