Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was quite old and the fridge in the room a bit noisy.
The staff are very kind and attentive, the pool area is nice and is easy to access.

The bedrooms have air conditioning (albeit slightly noisy) and the reception area also had aircon (although it wasn't always on). But the other areas did not - the dinning area had some fans but this was not always sufficient for the heat and the Pool bar area did not have any cooling device at all, which did make it slightly challenging in the heat.
The Hotel had all the main facilities and the rooms were spacious and clean with regular house keeping service. The aircon system was slightly noisy but not an issue. The fixtures and fittings were starting to show their age and some items needed renewing now. The breakfast was ample with a good selection of items as well as items being cooked to order, omelette etc.. The hotel is in a reasonable location for the area and is not affected by any traffic noise.

While it was super clean, some things in the hotel did look a bit worn out.
The room was extremely spacious and clean. Very nice shower and bathroom and pleasant garden view. Super nice staff!

Breakfast was a bit average, food menu could be improved.
Clean rooms, comfy bed, great aircon, amazing pool area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for money for Uluwatu area.

It would be a good idea to have some coverage over part of the pool as the sun is so hot and at times the water was very warm. The addition of a creamer for tea would be great.
The staff were very attentive to our needs and were happy to comply with my husbands dietary requirements. The bed was very comfortable. A great location if you want to be in Kuta as you can’t hear any noise.

There is a smell from the toilet, mostly the shower area. Cleanliness is just okay. Location is okay, best to have your own scooter or can try getting grabbikes. It's quite deep in so not really walkable. Wifi is patchy, not great if you need to get work done. Wifi at the pool/restaurant is a bit better. Spa closes early (10am-5pm)
The whole complex is large, many blocks, spacious, and the pool/restuarant/gym area was accessible and nice. Happy Hour at the restaurant was good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very good value for money, I spent Nyepi here and it was a comfortable stay

Can sometimes hear neighbors and geckos in the room. Would like staff to check rooms to make sure there are no any insects.

Extremely smelly lobby; we moved rooms because of same smell (toilet smell). Staff aren’t the friendliest. It’s getting old and a bit shabby. Not well maintained. We were poisoned badly twice at the restaurant.
Good pools, quiet setting and big rooms. Nice table tennis and pool tables for the kids.

Location it's far, but thanks to Grab and Gojek we managed to get around the beautiful beaches.

It is a bit fare from everywere.

Our bed was uncomfortable on the first night because 2 single beds were joined together but were placed in the middle room without a head board. The staff luckily then, did change our room the following night. The shower was leaking a bit creating a lot of flooding in the bathroom.
Restaurant room service, pool, air conditioning, restaurant and facilities. Easy access to Uluwatu. Facilities are opened till late. Ice drink in the lobby always available and the porters are lovely.

The kitchen area looked like it needed some work done to it as was falling apart and needed decorated again, cabinets were old, stains on the sink and cooker and even though our apartment was self catering, there was no kitchen utensils, frying pan, glasses etc so had to keep calling staff to get them to bring what we required.
The pool was nice and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were really nice too.
