눉Insufficient towels in the bathroom & I had to request everyday. The sheets were changed only once in my 6-day stay. The gym is under utilised & smells musky. The spa needs a professional operator. The hotel is due for refurbishing as it looks tired & the street leading to the hotel could be better lit!
눇The staff were always attentive & even remembered my name. Very helpful with getting taxi service for my transportation. Very good b'fast spread.

눉I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. This was my first time stay here and I had not so good experience. I stayed in the connecting room. The reception & concierge staff is helpful & polite. The big problem is they don’t have elevator from basement parking area to lobby, while I bring baby stroller & big travel bag. So I had to ask for help 2 parking attendants to carry my bags & stroller up the stairs to the lobby. The hotel is a bit old also the room, but still clean. The hot water is quick, only 1-2 minutes. The pool is not so big but the water is clean. The hotel facility is quite complete. There is a fitness room, kids playroom, table tennis, spa, merchandise store, etc. You have to use socks if you want to enter the kids playroom. If you don’t wear it, they will lend you the socks. Problem 1 - The Elevator They have 4 elevator for access to guest rooms. You have to use door card to access the floor except for the public area floors. FYI, access card only can used at the left side of elevator door, because everytime I use the right side it’s always error. Another problem is the door closed too fast. My daughter was wedged by the elevator door and hit her head. Also my family and another guests almost had the same thing. When my wife told to the manager, he just smile. Nice respons from the manager!! I assume he is a manager because he’s wearing a suits. Maybe it’s because not his head or his children head which wedged and hit by the elevator door. Or maybe he is tired because many guest complain about the same thing. Well, fix it then. Problem 2 - The Linen In day 2, the housekeeping clean our rooms around 2pm. After that, the staff told us that they only give us 1 towel right now because their linen is still in laundry. They will give another 1 towel & bath mat in the afternoon. But when we returned to the hotel at night, there’s still only 1 towel. So I call the operator asking for another towel & mat.
