old building broken facilities. the TV remote doesnt work the toilet flush broke somehow aftet 2 times using water take long to heat below my expectation for such price.

Nothing to complain about .

Location was good and only a short easy drive from the airport after a long journey for the day. Taxi was not expensive.The hotel is conveniently located to the modern shopping mal bye short taxi ride. The hotel has beautiful large well kept gardens to enjoy. Pool is large. It is a large hotel with many rooms but has a feeling of privacy and quietness. The Lumpia were delicious .

A multi lingual hotel and tourist information folder in each room would have been helpful.....others do it, why not here? Room not properly checked before arrival e.g not all lights working, safe deposit box had batteries missing.

Gardens and swimming pools were fabulous. The earthquake (no damage) was a nice touch too.

The breakfast was extremely poor, I woukd just eat out next time.

For the price everything was great. Bed was soft, it had AC and the garden and pool wa lovely, the room was clean. I got woken up at 4am from the 7.1 earthquake and hotel handled it well 😂.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Laundry is sooo expensive. The restaurant was not great and I stuck to eating at places nearby.

Pool was nice, the gardens and everything were very beautiful, a/c worked well.

I found it annoying that you can no longer charge restaurant meals and laundry to your room and pay it all at once. Instead you have to pay separately each time, which requires having the right change. Also, through no fault of the hotel, Mataram Mall is dying, so the location is less convenient than it was. You can no longer walk over to the mall to go to the supermarket or do other shopping or get a bite to eat, because most of the stores have closed, as have the restaurants.

I always enjoy staying here, and this time was no exception. I had one of the « superior » rooms, which I prefer to the deluxe. The deluxe are newer and a bit nicer, but they are smaller. The superior rooms are unusually large and suit me best. The staff are wonderful - many of them know me from all the times I’ve stayed there over the years, and come by to greet me when I arrive. It’s like coming home. The grounds are lovely, even this time of year when less flowers are in bloom. Also, I love the pool.

The pool was super busy, with lots of families with young children.

Loved the enormous deluxe bed, it was super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff friendly. The gardens were beautiful. Sadly was only staying as an overnight on route to Kuta.

Room was probably never cleaned before. The floor was really dirty, shower had spider nets inside, smell was really bad. We had to book a second hotel after seeing the room.

The property is like an oasis, beautifully decorated and the perfect place to relax. Staff were wonderful as was breakfast. Plenty of fab restaurants nearby - shout out to 'Flow' across the road - and a quick Gojek bike ride into town.
