The hotel is situated in a poorer neighbourhood. Not very friendly.

Very large choice at breakfast and good food. Good Chinese restaurant at grond floor. They receive you with very tasteful coffee and tea. The swimming pool is excellent. Vey spacious rooms. Staff is very heplfull

Bathroom/Shower room is a bit old. Need to be refurbish. Noise insulation is not very good. Noise from outside can be disturbing.

Excellent Stay at Merlynn Park Jakarta We had a great experience staying at Merlynn Park Jakarta as a family.The location is convenient from major city spots, making it easy to get around. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the swimming pool area – both indoor and outdoor pools are large and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and fast. Breakfast was a standout – a wide variety of options, including delicious local Indonesian dishes and continental choices. It was a perfect start to each day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure.

Unfortunately, we can’t really see the view from the pool, it is quite hidden by some walls. Plus, there is not really indoor pool as this one is not inside but it is simply under a roof. The jacuzzi and the sauna weren’t working.. I had chosen this hotel for its facilities.

The Manager was really nice. The breakfast was amazing. There is everything available what you can imagine. Besides pools and gym they offer martial Artikel training. They have a special trainingroom. The Trainer is good. I would recommend this hotel and come again.

Broken pipe in the bathroom and water leaking on the floor.

Merlyn Park Hotel staff, they all verry friendly, kind and helpful. Also with the view of the room, That was amazing. Plus with the restaurant, I was arriving about almost midnight and I Was ordering food to eat and the restaurant was open and prepared the food as I'm ordering.

Long waiting time to take the elevator. The power socket in the room are limited and needs to be upgraded.

The room was the first big surprise - so spacious! And the bed size was exceptional and super comfortable. I also love the emphasis on the local flavours for the breakfast buffet.

There are misscommunication when check in regarding the room, as I request something that aggreed beforehand. But it is resolve and the staff helpfull.
